Point is, by the time you get enough knowledge to know what you're talking about-- Either you're too damn old to take the field, or you have a realization. No one cares about the history. They just want to see the gunpowder and to see the "good guys" win.

The fun is... All the actual folks who know their history, no on listens to anymore. Being an American Army soldier is easier, cheaper, and simpler on the head than trying to portray a poor brit of the time. Much more expensive and much, much more studying. The rebels have their lot, but no one listens to the old fellas so much. They just want to dress up n' get drunk with their mates. Colonial's cheaper you see. Love the Rendezvous. Miss it dearly. But it's the same damn fair as 18 yr ago
Me and the unit I am in are totally going there in about 2 weeks. We are the 13th Pennsylvania Regiment of Foote.....and we will reign VICTORIOUS !!!
