Betheda than bought the whole franchise and gave obsidian the rights to create 1 fallout game. The title was new vagas and therefore fallout 4 must be made by Bethesda

@DatXxXInductiveRUNEY Um, no they aren't dude. Bungie created Halo over 10 years ago, 343i took over control of Halo in 2007/08 when Bungie split from Microsoft. I personally prefer 343i to Bungie, I think they have added more to the universe comparitively

Bungie technically had control of Halo till 2011 in legal terms but 343i was given control of all Halo copyright and content when Bungie split from microsoft. During the split, Bungie agreed to make Halo: Reach as their last Halo project
