Detektivbyrån's still together. They just lost their drummer but they have a new one.

They toured Europe in the fall of 2009 so that should be sufficient proof that they're still alive. They'll return in 2010 or 2011.

I heard today from a friend, that Detektivbyrån no longer plays together :(. I really, really hope that isn't true, because I love their music and unique style. And they're such an awesome live band (I saw them live here in Sweden in 2008).

These guys deserves much more attention out in the world, because everyone deserves to hear their great music.
