@Radvo1 The Gilnean people represent the sheer banner itself, as they are a people who Stand and Fight, very similar to Spartans, rarely breaking backwards. In other words, Gilnean Worgen are still human, but they have the special ability of being a Worgen -and- under control.

@Radvo1 The reason why there isn't a Draeni or Worgen symbol is because this crest was made in original WoW (vanilla) back when there was only the Humans, Night Elves, Gnomes and Dwarves. Same goes to the Horde, who only have the symbols of the Orcs, Undead, Tauren and Trolls on their crest, and none of the Blood Elves or Goblins.

@exilekotor1 if you call wrynn short sited cause of his hatred for the horde keep in mind that they killed most of the alliance forces at the wrath gate and he was used as a gladiator to their pleasure for quite a while

@Dantaroen Thrall was also used as a gladiator by humans, and for a lot longer than Varian. The difference between Thrall and Wrynn is that Thrall has the ability to maintain perspective. Horde and Alliance were killed at the Wrathgate because a Horde element went rogue. Thrall didn't blame Sylvanas completely for that, and all Varian could do was say, "We're going to war with all of the Horde!" This, despite the current war with the Lich King and the Burning Legion. This was short-sighted.
