Hogan made a larger impact on wrestling though than UT. He also had the last, longest title reign, regardless how you feel about politics.

I wish the current pay per view were like this one. Even though everybody knew Hulk Hogan was going to lose there was still that "unpredictability factor" that isn't in wretling anymore. Both wrestlers put up a good performance that made peole glad they ordered the PPV. Today's PPV most of the time seem like a waste of money. I wish they brough back good PPV's like this one.

actually at that point he was still a very good wrestler, as evidenced in his willingness to lose in matches like this! He even had a clean loss to Angle in this run. I understand the argument that he shouldn't be there during his stints where he just shows up for a ppv and wins, but here when he was still wrestling for real and showing up every week like everyone else. And obviously he still could put on a show

Some of Hogan's matches suck. Okay, who am I kidding...they all do. That's why there usually has to be some sort of swerve in order to carry his matches. I wish Taker had went into business for himself in this match lol

I think I know the one you mean. Angle used a triangle choke but taker stacked him on his shoulders so as the ref counted 3 taker tapped.

yea i remembered that angle got 3 counted after i posted that comment. 2002 was prob the last good year of WWF, they just dont have any talent anymore, have u checked out the raw/smackdown rosters lately? theyre horrible!!! TNA looks like an allstar show compared to wwe, vince is in big trouble and all he's doing is getting celebrities 2 host raw.... that might draw a cpl more viewers but the fact is the wrestling sucks balls

Well spoken andycf87. Could not agree more. To be brutally honest, I lost interest about a year ago when I discovered a wonderful thing called youtube lol. I could relive all of my favourite matches and era's without watching the garbage that WWE are currently dishing up. As unpopular as this comment probably is Edge and Orton are great athletes with crap gimmicks. Only Taker and Kane appeal to me now.

That was great! I hate Hogan and have been following Taker since his debut in 1990. I was just as excited about the 91 Survivor Series as well. I wish they would bring back the Undisputed title though.

Hulk Hogan is an Icon! No Question, but at that point, he just shouldn't have stood in a wwe ring anymore. no one can "run" into the big boot of him so well, like the undertaker :D ...^^ BUT the right man won. i miss the heel- undertaker (as a biker)

actually at that point he was still a very good wrestler, as evidenced in his willingness to lose in matches like this! He even had a clean loss to Angle in this run. I understand the argument that he shouldn't be there during his stints where he just shows up for a ppv and wins, but here when he was still wrestling for real and showing up every week like everyone else. And obviously he still could put on a show
