Hmm. There is no LVL 9? LVL 8 is hop'n'pop.

@base320 All depending on what route you take. The AFF program is Level 1-7. After you complete AFF you start working on your A License requirements. You can do your hop and pop whenever and its from 3500ft. Most people do it around jump 20-25.
