What a balance. That sure is functional training right here. Guys, remember this.. this IS functional training - for balance mainly. From what I could see, there was two "basic excerise" (excerise which work out most of the body). The chin-ups and olympic weightlifting part (advanced death-lift you may call it).. that was the two most effectivt excersies in this video for BODYBUILDING and STRENGTH.
