  • What a balance. That sure is functional training right here. Guys, remember this.. this IS functional training - for balance mainly. From what I could see, there was two "basic excerise" (excerise which work out most of the body). The chin-ups and olympic weightlifting part (advanced death-lift you may call it).. that was the two most effectivt excersies in this video for BODYBUILDING and STRENGTH.

  • Hybrid training at it best. Some really cool exercises that use the whole body. Will add some to my training of pro athletes today.

  • Aweomse stuff man, definately some of my favourite exercises. And definately nothing non-functional in there, though I'd probably just call it high performance conditioning. "Functional" is a fluffy term with no solid definition yet.
