@lificpro lyrical would just be their lyrics so flow, delivery, presence, stuff like that doesn't matter. how meaningful, emotional, influential, and philosophical you are doesn't matter. what matters is your rhyming ability (multis), punch lines, metaphors, wordplay. things like that so people who basically come with battle bars should be higher. so far people that shouldn't be on this list based on rhyming skill alone are Ice Cube, RA The Rugged Man, KRS One, and Keith Murray. &Eminems too low

I think this is a good list, the only people I'd heard of were Eminem, RA, and Immortal Technique. I don't see why people think Immortal Technique is so great, his delivery is mediocre and his lyrics are sometimes about wierd ass conspiracy theories.
