A program feature I've been getting to for a long time.
The location starts out incorrectly set to Vancouver Canada, so the pointer moves from the default position in Australia, to there.
Then the location and UTC time is acquired from GPS,
and finally, the local time is determined by using the world time zone map as a lookup table.
The result is that the local time is determined without the program ever knowing your timezone offset.
