Most of the attacks are based off of his Marvel vs capacom moveset

Some of the moves don't make sense.. one that really stands out for me is the down smash. what game does that move come from?

Overrall it's great to see a Dante PSA, and I know it's just a beta.. but I think it would be nice to try to include more MvC3 moves, I was surprised to see Dante's main aerial combo (or something like it) missing.

@ksmuffin Alot of these moves are from his MvC moveset, and he does use them in his own games.

Very awesome! for the 1st beta! very niiice. ok this is what needs to be done or just some suggestions. 1: his texture ( so he can actually look like him

2: a better final smash, like devil trigger mode( this shud be a mode tht he can only be in for a limited time and gives him a completely new move list.

3: taunt changes.

4: taunts can activate his other modes and abilites with other weapons.

5: edit animations

if u need any more ideas just watch dante from his games for moves

@Richu135 one of the first things you think of kid is a "better final smash". How bout the lack of any type of knockback and competent moveset? don't mean to critique the way you play the game, but those are some seriously skewed priorites you got there.

But it goes without saying that this is an incredible beta, and if his work on sephy is anything to bet on, then we're in for one badass PSA. Let's hope he'll have more time to work on them in the summer now that school's out

@darkdisciple13 good points but bad assumption, those arnt my priorities. i just want to make sure tht the char has some good moves, and plays well and balanced. but yes if he is like seph then he shud b pretty good

I don't really like the fact that dante turns into giga bowser for his final smash, if anything his final smash uses a recoloring of the 9 tails naruto form for ike

@ferretsshadow I think DO will be changing that. SmashClash is vertexing someone into something else to replace Giga Bowser.

I realize how vague that is, so just go on the thread and monitor it's progress or something.

@ferretsshadow You're partially correct. Although it's not explicitly stated, SmashClash offers to vertex Giga Bowser into Dante's demon form or whatever to replace Giga Bowser on page 4.

looks cool to see dante but his combos doesn't take the enemy off the stage thats a need to fix and make him with taunt also final smash devil triger that would be epicness but everything i seen in the video its awesome but with some work outs this character can be very cool in the game since capcom confirmed to nintendo about any character they want for the next smash bros. they should add Dante to this game how cool would he be in it : D
