Generally, you will notice on the videos just about everybody uses their pre op weight to start & then they weight first thing in the morning for weigh-ins! You are doing great for just being 1 week out. Concratulations!!! Fab
Hi! CONGRATS! You are doing very well :D I say start with the 268, that would be the logical #. Wishing you the best on your journey!!! hugs, Caprice.
I think I would use the pre-op weight. The excess, I'm sure, was fluids. Wow though on the weight loss!! That is great!! I don't have any solid advice on the foods b/c I'm still pre-op, but I think it would always be best to follow the doctor's directions. Especially when compliance with a specific diet is the key to succes with this new tool and programming your brain to follow diet directions will probably come in handy later. Hope that wasn't preachy. TTYL :-)
YOur not preachy, Lately I am finding it hard for my brain and my body to be on the same page as far as what it wants. . . I haven't done anything to make me sick or that could even hurt my pouch but i have progressed slightly quicker than schedule. When i do try something new i make sure to take it VERY slow and i haven't felt the slightest bit nautious (sp) or actually thrown up. So i am happy about that!
Hello, Well done on your weight loss. You look a picture of health! It's hard to believe it's so soon after your surgery. Keep well and keep us up to date with your progress.
I had gastric bypass on 10/20 too. Congrats and good luck!!
