    Trolololol. Funny guy. Pretty simple actually. If you are lifting an unbalanced load, and you tilt to the heavier side too much, the weight plates can slide off. All of a sudden, the extra effort you were putting to lift that side now is too much force, as the now lighter weight does not require you to push as hard. This causes you to slip to the other side which puts major strain on the joints.
