  • Looks like a bad 90's Sci- Fi show, but looks can be deceiving. lol

  • was that Bishop T.D. Jakes at 0:58?

  • I watched this movie today very great, I loved it! In a sort of way I suppose it's like Narnia. Not too much but it's a symbolic "journey" of a Christian's (his name) journey with God. Narnia is actually the story of some things in the bible. Aslan dying in place of Edmon. Jesus dying for our sins. There's more.

  • I highly recommend this movie for both christians and non christian. It is really empowering. You know watching this movie brought tears to my eyes. The fact that God is there for us through it all. Through this spiritual warfare, you know God is Good, it is all according to his will.

  • @guyanesegal93

Amen! lol i watched this today it truly is an awesome movie.

  • I most ly enjoyed this movie. The only thing is, the special effects were quite poor, like something you'd see in a Sci- Fi Channel movie.

Other than that, though, it's a good movie, which drives home good allegorical messages.

  • this movie sucks, is no sense and it sucks. the book is better i bet.

  • I'm not one for Christian movies mostly cause I feel they are made very poorly. This looked slightly better than most out there but that's not saying much. I'd like to read the book. The movie looks iffy. I think it would be excellent if they made a big budget version with decent effects and all. Oh and the modern setting looks extremely cheesy with swords and all that. Im guessing the modern setting was to cut on the budget...

  • It's so well acted that you don't even notice the budget. I say see it and judge for yourself. I loved it.

  • Love this film!!

    Highly recommended!!

  • Awesome movie! I have watched this movie several times now - well done!

  • yeah thats my teach...!!!!!! Marybeth holloway as Christiana in Pilgrim's Progress. Wonderful teacher and great actor. not too bad a film for low budget costs. Can't wait for our play Waiting For Lefty!!!!!

  • Fantastic, fantastic movie. Great acting. I rather like the modern adaptation. Get it now!

  • I'll uploading this video to my channel for those who want to see it

  • i want to see it,it looks not half bad.

  • My church's library has this movie and I checked it out. I thought it was a very close adaptation, although I would have liked to have the original language, but I understand trying to make it more appealing to the masses. The acting is good, especially Faithful, and the fx range from "okay" to "uhhhh". All in all, if you're a fan of the book, you'll like this movie. All others: READ THIS BOOK!!!

  • Probably the best take on this great piece of Christian Literature yet, but don't care for the modern adaption. Modern adaption with swords? I don't know about every one else but I enjoy the midevil timeframe and old English. And why do they always show Christian with luggage represnting the burden when it an invisble burden? Anyway still a good effort and a blessing. As a Christian Filmaker this is one of the Books I've always dreamed about making for the big screen... someday hopefully.

  • when is the clips going to be on youtube?

  • Sometimes Christian movies seem to be cheezy-but as U watch some of these flicks, if it has a good storyline and the acting is so-so-I can get pass the effects.Honestly, If you do not give Christian companies your time and money, they can't put money back into their next production. Its all about supporting what these directors are doing for families. They want to do something for Christian families-at least we should support that-VS-questionable material on TV and DVD. God bless~

  • Just realize they did an amazing job with the resources they had.

  • I'm not going to lie, this looks pretty cheesy. I'm a Christian, but I'm really tired of these Christian companies butchering good fantasy with low-budget movies. Look, if you're going to make a low-budget movie, PLEASE don't try to adapt a great fantasy novel like Pilgrim's Progress; but rather stick with making movies that don't make too many demands on scouting good locations and special effects... like "Facing the Giants," that was a good one.

  • The CG and cinematography are much more complex than that in Facing the Giants. This is really is worth seeing.

  • @TCIndiana THANKYOUUU!!! Every pilgrims progress i see, that isnt an animation - and even the animations- look soo unproffesional, even this one! It just looks so home-made. Dont get me wrong the main thing that counts is that the message gets accross but then they shouldnt try to make it look as though it is proffesional then should they.

  • My fam & I are suppossed to go see it tomorrow @ a church. I think I'm going to bring a book.

  • This looks like a parody... but it's real.

  • i wanna see it, it looks like LOTR!

  • This video is wonderful, I highly recommend it! Great acting, sets, etc. This is a great evangelistic tool, buy multiple copies and give them out to the unsaved!
