@ASSYRIANLEGEND brainless massing of marines at 2+ lurkers = lose many marines. lurkers 2 shotted marines. so if you had 6 marines + 2medics and stuck them together to kill 3 lurkers, you would definitely lose.

6rines+2med=400 min 50 gas, 3 lurkers = 375 min, 375 gas. it's an extremely good trade if the 6 marines can kill 3 lurkers

Yeah you can, it's a glitch apparently; if CC lands and there are interceptors above it, they get "crushed" aka blown up for some reason.

@vys226 back in the day if you landed a building in the right manner, it was super easy to make shit get stuck inside. So you'd have a rax with a tank in it, and you couldnt target the tank. So when they fixed the glitch, they also made it possible [this was an accident btw] to kill units if its timed right [or wrong, rather] and in the right situations, by landing it. Like you can kill your tanks now a days lol. Guess it also applies to interceptors.

Even just a supply depot beside your CC so you can mine faster can make a difference. if he allies his opponent, the mines wont attack just yet. but then he unallies when his opponent is ontop of mines for more spread damage

basically what you do is,

1. you ally the player

2. you plant miens everywhere, since your allied, the mines won't detonate when the opponent walks over them.

3. when the opponent does walk over them, you un ally the opponent and the mines will detonate. since the mines are so close, there is no chance of the mines being defused the massive splash damage will kill everything.

No. What he did, and quite amazingly I may add, is cloak up about maybe 10 or 15 ghosts (his opponent did not have or inadequatly placed detection capabilities) and did a lock down on all the seiged up tanks which would have easily crippled his (BoxeR's) forces. Simply amazing. I can't even imagine the micro to do that.

Could have easily been countered with medic restore or a science vessel or a scan but its too late now :D

The Mazurka, I believe that he was cloning and not reassigning all his previously established hotkeys to do ten ghosts. Though he did lock exactly ten units so...maybe? Maybe cloning hadn't been invented yet? The thing is that cloning does the same thing with an entire control group while using no time for hotkeying everything so I feel that that is what Boxer would have done.
