@Wayneelvis At the time this was his girlfriend's mother,Madelyn Quebec. Her daughter was pregnant with Bob's child at the time of this and Bob got married to her (Carolyn Dennis) a year after this concert. They divorced though in '92.

The woman Bob Dylan is singing with is Madelyn Quebec -

Bob's onetime Mother-In-Law! She is the mother of Carolyn Dennis who was married to Dylan from 1986-1992. Both mother and daughter sang back-up for Dylan between 1978-1987 in concert and on his albums from that period.

Anyways, I love the way Madelyn is singing this - so much much emotion - look at the way she looks at Bob, look at her eyes! This is what singing with feeling is all about... autotune be dammed!
