  • I'm mixed black n white and I have lighter color. Lol

  • Love it, thanks x

  • To everyone who is saying "I think you apply to much make up." It does not matter how much, it is what makes HER feel comfortable and what gives her full coverage. I think this foundation routine looks amazing, and does not look like a not of make up at all! Keep up the good work girl <3

  • Looks the same

Better off just saving ur money and not wearing coverup-foundation

  • Have you tried using a self tanner on your face only? I have the same problem. My face refuses to tan with the rest of my body :(

Using a tanner on my face doesnt seem to be kicking in either :/

  • @sacgeekgirl I don't have this problem anymore because I don't wear makeup as often. I do use a self tanner though and that seems to help a little!

  • do you selftan? and if so what do you use? and how do you get ur skin to stay so even?

  • @KaylaMarieeBubblezzz Before filming this video I just got back from Hawaii. This tan is 100% natural. Now I use St. Tropez bronzing mousse and I get a natural even tan. Nothing as dark as this, but darker than what I am now

  • Comment removed

  • @CocoBelle8 what do you use to exfoliate, because i use st tropez bronzing mousse too :)

  • @KaylaMarieeBubblezzz I use a random all over body exfoliator in the shower and make sure that I really rub in the St. Tropez. You can buy a body exfoliator at Clinique or maybe even at the drugstore! :)

  • @CocoBelle8 oo ok thanks

  • this seems kinda heavy to do everyday...

  • what brush did u use for your msf natural?

  • @beautybuff820 It's a Stila powder brush :)

  • I think you apply too much make-up. But pretty without the make-up though, x.

  • hey girl! i know this is an old video, but i have to say you look pretty without makeup! some beauty gurus look scary when they take off all their makeup... but you have a natural beauty! i hope you don't feel like you can't leave the house without makeup because you look pretty regardless! :)

  • @lovinlife723 This is probably one of the sweetest comments I've ever gotten. You have no idea how much that means to me, thank you so much <3

  • where is your top from?

  • @MyMelanie1990 Forever 21

  • when you apply blush - to achieve the most natural look you shouldn't apply more than halfway under your eye towards your nose if you know what i mean. You've applied your blush very close to your nose. The best way to do it is start on the apple of your cheek (about halfway under your eye when you smile) and work out towards your temple otherwise it looks very unnatural.

  • Is the skinfinish natural shimmery?

Subbed! Love this video & the first one I've seen of you is the one where your boyfriend put your makeup on haha

  • @blaytonx04 No it's pretty natural looking! Not shiny but not completely matte either

  • your make up always looks gorgeous!

  • I have to say, I don't understand why people get so mad looking at a vid like this. You did exactly what I was looking for and u didn't do it in a bitchy way. People are just too bored with their own lives so they like to start drama with some person on the internet cuz they know they could get a away with it. Cowards lol anyway, nice job, I was always wondering how to do foundation in a way that didn't look so cake-y or super fake

  • @MasterCheerios You're so sweet, thank you :)

  • Heyy! It's a great video, but if i tell the truth, you look prettier without any foundation and all :) I love your natural soft pink skin :) <3

  • @Prettygini Awh well shucks, thanks :)

  • yr soo naturally pretty.

  • @brookabeex33 Thank you <3

  • don't go back and forth with people in comments ;p there's always going to be people with negative opinions.

if they don't like you, they don't have to watch...

  • @COURSONCHARMM I know, I just wasn't used to having people hate on me. Now I am haha

  • You are very pretty and you have to know that the ones that say bad stuff are just jealous! =)

  • @christati18 Thank you <3

  • Hey girl! I love ur videos, don't even pay attention to the haters, they do not even deserve to have you reply to their dumb comments. If you don't like what you are watching then HELLO, click NEXT!

    Good JOB girl <3 XD

  • @3AJSNSJ Thanks girl! I wish I had more viewers like you :)

  • this looks so fake.............waaaaaaaaaay 2 dark

  • @speedychikk That'd be true if my face was 10x darker than my body at the end of the video... which it isn't.

  • to be honest ur absouluty gorgoues, u really dont need it

  • @RaWcHeeRs123 Thanks :)

  • you have a line on your face? bleeeend, nd it looks fake.

  • @hannahsue49 Oh yeah? Where's the line?

  • @CocoBelle8 around the chin. i'm not gonna argue. it's there.

  • @hannahsue49 I don't see it

  • @CocoBelle8 i doooooooo! ;D

  • @hannahsue49 reallly, ur so unnessisary she did a great job and it looks great.

  • @hannahsue49 reallly, ur so unnessisary she did a great job and it looks great. and if u have a better i dea u wudnt be watching it.

  • @RaWcHeeRs123 i watched a long time ago, unfortunately, and i really regret it.......

  • all u really need is a tinted moistureizer to help even out ur skintone

  • @wakeuponasunnyday Very true, I do that on a daily basis. But some people feel more confident with a little more coverage, which is where this video comes in handy :)

  • You look gorgeous

  • @aalamery Thank you! :)

  • u look like a plastic barbie when ur done

  • @zowe321 Thanks, I think..

  • @CocoBelle8 ur welcome :P

  • @CocoBelle8 I think barbie is pretty and so are you:)

  • @maryistoocoolforyaa You're so sweet! <3

  • Great Techneque. I am going to try it this way. I like the way you swirl the foundation on your face and the brush you use seems to work well to give that airbrush look. Looks good to me. You are totally ....gutsy to wear med dark powder. WOW that is dark.

  • @SamFem I was super tan at this time from coming back from Hawaii, I definitely wouldn't use Medium Dark all over anymore. I use it as a contour now with Medium as an all-over setting powder :)

  • Just a suggestion dont use concealer on your blemishes, because your concealer is one shade lighter and if you but on your blemishes it will hi-light not hide your acne, becasue concealer is to mkae darker parts of your face lighter

    kk thanks:)

  • @OwlWeekend Thanks for the suggestion. This works on me though and in pictures/person it doesn't highlight them at all

  • what type of skin do you have? oily? combo? normal? dry?

  • @Shaynaynay101 Combination, more on the dry side

  • wow, you can see such a difference after you put the studio fix stuff on. like its amazing. Is it the brush? cos I have mac foundation too and it works no where near as good as it does on you.

  • @07kimu Thanks! It could be the brush or the amount you put on

  • Does using that brush with your liquid foundation make a difference than just using a sponge or your fingers?

  • @tinaaayox3 If you use your fingers you'll get the least coverage, brush is medium coverage, and using a damp sponge will give you the most coverage

  • Damn, some of you people are down right RUDE.

If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all.

I learned that in kindergarten -_-

  • @660archi Seriously! You're amazing :)

  • I like your style, like that is just a suggestion, its a nice way to instruct :D thanks for this video <3 xxxxxx

  • @cupcakepower1 Thanks for the compliment! :)

  • are u sunburned? o.O ur very pretty btw

  • @iistardustpanda No that's a pure Hawaiian tan right there!

  • @CocoBelle8 ohh haha cool.

  • Wooooow Your soo pretty! :) Even with out makeup! Don't listen to any of these idiots that say your not! And you have a Looovely skin colour! Im jealous lol :)

  • @sarahlambo You're so sweet, thanks :)

  • @dfltuser222 Thanks for stereotyping me

  • @CocoBelle8 aww, that's SO cute, you think it's as simple as a stereotype - which one would that even be, i wonder...

  • @dfltuser222 how?

  • Wow!!!!!! You look so pretty!

  • GIMME YOUR PRETTYNESS! ( i dont even know if thats how you spell it. Meh im a failure in life.) xxx

  • @ILoveBlairAndElle lol Thanks!

  • can u do an updated foundation routine please?

  • @flusterose12 It's pretty much the same, except for a different concealer. But I'll see what I can do :)

  • Woah orange!

  • @JustSmillle Not even, it's bad lighting and being tan

  • @CocoBelle8 Um okay, sorry....

  • @JustSmillle LOL...that made me laugh

  • wow ur face looks sooo flawless !! im axually waiting for my studio fix fluid powder foundfation anydayy :))

  • @GlamMeOverrr Awh thank you! You'll love it :)

  • do you recommend mac studio finish spf 35 concealer, or mac studio sculpt concealer???

  • @MysparkledHeart I've never tried studio sculpt, so studio finish :)

  • I have to say this helped me out a lot...thanks :)

  • @cristina60294 Awh :) You're welcome!

  • your foundation looks too yellow for your skin.

  • @heytherebrotherbear It's the lighting

  • what brushes did you use? like what brand ? ;D

  • @MMMitskiki MAC 187 for foundation/tinted moisturizer

    MAC 217 for concealer

    Stila powder brush

    Burberry brush for contouring

    Chanel 8 brush for blush

    Hope that helped

  • Foundations are supposed to math your skin color perfectly & you can tell right away that this particular liquid foundation color definitely didn't match for you. :/

I know it's your summer color, but It looks really orange and dark on your skin tone. You summer color should still match your skin tone after you've tanned.

  • @LovesTheWay2Go Obviously it should match your skin tone. The lighting was off in this room which is why I look "orange and dark". If I matched the foundation with the same color of my face then my face would be completely white and my body very dark.

  • @LovesTheWay2Go True for some people, but like she said, her face is lighter than the rest of her skin, so she's trying to even everything out so they're all the same color.

  • Does the Mac Studio Fix Fluid sweat off your face, or get oily/watery in the areas your sweating in on your face? I've never tried Mac foundation, but every other foundation I've tried sweats off! I want something with full coverage, that won't come off throughout the day. Thanks so much!

  • @GlitzGlamMorgan I've never had a problem with it, but I don't sweat on my face much. If you're having problems with oily skin or your foundation sweating off you're definitely going to want to use a primer specifically made for foundation. I would recommend MAC Studio Fix Fluid, but make sure you set it with a good powder. I've tried many setting poswers, but I've found that MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural works the best for me while giving me a healthy glow

  • would you say that the mac studio fix fluid is worth the price? im not sure if i want to buy itt.

  • @clayrekieran It's definitely worth the price, at least for me and everyone I know. It lasts a very long time and provides pretty full coverage

  • thank u girl! and i heard that part. im talking about at a later part... where u do your powder. jus sayin...

  • my summer color is an nw and also my concealer is an nw. bam! haha. MY mua told me that. so whatever looks best do it... theres no set rule

  • @beautybuff820 Congratulations

  • omg! you are sooo pretty!:D i subscribed.. and just a fyi for 88queenbee it did look darker but when she blended it it matched perfectly... and she said in the video she realized that.. maybe you should listen instead of critizing her.. not being rude just staying(:

  • @SuperGlamourgirl101 haha Thanks girl :)

  • @SuperGlamourgirl101 actually... she never said in the video she realized that. if she did, she cut it out.

  • @beautybuff820 Actually, if you turn up your volume and listen you'll notice that I did say it. At 1:07 I stated that my face is lighter than the rest of my body so I had to use a darker foundation to fix it. Obviously I would use a darker powder since this was the case. It's common sense to make do with what you have. There's no rules to makeup!

  • I have to say that you did a good job putting on your makeup, thanks for sharing your secrets!

  • @olifonsifan83 Thank you and you're welcome!!

  • noticed your msf natural was wayyyy dark for your foundation!!! Like, when you only had your right side on your forehead left 2 powder...it was wayyy lighter then the rest of your powdered face. Just a FYI

  • @88QueenBee I'm well aware of that. The foundation was still too light in comparison to my body, so if you take a closer look the powder actually evened it out.

  • Your really Gorgeous. Great Foundation Routine hun, Thanks for Shareing.

    xx Much Luff xx

    ~Leanne~

  • @Mem3Lec Thank you and you're welcome! :)

  • shes so pretty, and that foundation she uses, works perfectly for her.

    and im a guy :)

  • @thompinkisfab Thank you! :)

  • @CocoBelle8 no problem, really. you made me just go purchase the mineralized skinfinish haha, it looks so good on your skin, so im eager to see how good it looks on my face as well, and your working that tan pretty freaking good. i'd die for that color.

  • @thompinkisfab Oh dang that's such a compliment! I swear you'll love it. They also work great as bronzers because they're not shimmery, they just look great! And I'm trying so hard to get this tan back! I'm using the shade I used in this video as a bronzer/contour powder now haha

  • @j3llytotbabe Thank you!

  • Oh, i understand!! (:

  • Why is she darker on her body? And btw i love your videos. (:

  • @MakeupbyJayy Thanks

Around this time I was extremely paranoid about taking care of my skin and wore SPF 45 every day and covered my face with a towel when tanning. I also had just gone to Mexico prior to this and kept my face out of the sun as much as possible. Horrible tanning experience, don't do it!

  • @MakeupbyJayy my face is like that too, in the summer my body gets tan but my face doesnt? im thinkin maybe its like the spf in my foundation?

  • you are gorgeous

  • great video :)

  • just a teeny correction on your description :)....

under eye circles tend to be blueish/purple, and blue is a COOL color,

so to counteract the dark blue, you would use a orange/pink concealer which is a WARM color, so it cancels out your under eye circles. :)

  • @jordynelizabethh Thanks I'll fix that right now

  • warm soul kinda looks like peechykeen bluch by mac :)

  • Your skin color is so tan and goregous.

  • Hey girlie I'm a new subbie love these vids I've been meaning to purchase the 187 I have bout 200 brushes already lol btw ur routine is coo it's not complicated stay sweet ;)

  • Thanks! I definitely recommend the 187 or the smaller version of it. They're the best for really blending in the foundation! :)

  • You use medium deep? not medium dark...isn't it too dark for you...just asking because i am in the middle and not sure which way to go...

  • No, in the winter I'm an NC25 & in the summer I get up to an NC45 so the medium deep is pretty perfect for me in the summer

  • the way you use the brush under ur eyes can lead to premature wrinkles. Use ur finger instead maybe...

  • @Thick2Slim Using your finger can apply too much pressure to the area and can tug easier

One is not better than the other, I use both ways.

  • sometimes do you use concealer only !? without foundation? just for a quick spot touchup ?

  • When I don't want to wear a full face I just use tinted moisturizer and a little concealer under the eyes

  • sorryy !

just read the discription thingyy (:

  • It's all good! Thanks for actually reading it :D

  • what is the difference between

    NC and NW ?

  • what Colors are you? NC NW? #

  • @JesseR1992 Right now I'm using NC25 foundation and NW25 concealer. My winter colors

  • why does fondation add an orenge ish color?

  • @JesseR1992 It's the lighting haha

  • I actually think you would use an NW concealer because your undereye circles have a blueish color to them, and the pinky NW concealer will cancel out any blue.

  • @gunit4life1995 Lol I do.

  • This foundation gives you a gorgeous finish! I was thinking on trying it but I've heard so many different comments about this product that I was hesitating... but it looks so pretty on you that now I want it! :)

  • @galy1979 Awh thank you! You should definitely try it out, you never know how something will go until you try it! Just make sure to apply a moisturizer and sunblock first to provide a good base :)

  • Medium Deep is more of a cooler, rich golden tan color, while Medium Dark is more a warmer caramel beige color

  • Hey can you do a video on your favorite blushes?

  • Yeah sure

  • nice video! i'm asian but my skintone requires all the colors you used. i even use the same blush!

to answer why you would use an NW color for concealing the dark spots on the face, esp. for dark undereye circles, is because dark spots contain more pinkish/red undertones. NW is for pink undertones, NC is for yellow.

  • Thank you!!! That's one thing that I can never remember or explain to people

  • Has mac studio fix fluid ever broken you out? I've heard alot of reviews about it making people break out, but after watching your video I saw how amazing it looks and now I want to try it. Do you have acne- prone skin?

  • I believe that any foundation can cause breakouts if you don't take care of your skin. As long as you take off your makeup, wash your face, and exfoliate 2-3 times a week you should be fine. Also, moisturize and sunblock every morning to provide a base for your foundation so it doesn't seep into your pores and cause acne. That is key

  • i love new the hair! especially in your mutiny video it makes your features stand out more

  • thank you!

  • Thank u!!! xx

  • hello

what is the name of the brush u used to aply the foundation/? also can you do a tutorial on how you remove ur makeup please

  • I used the MAC 187 brush to apply my foundation. For concealer I used a Sonia Kashuk Concealer brush and for powder I used a Stila brush that didn't have a number on it

  • hey can i ask what color you used ? i've been wanting to add some red to my hair for a while and what ever you used looks really nice !! =)
