@bl00dyhands29 He got his talonst as part of the powers. Spidey 2099's powers were encoded into his DNA, and so it changed his body, giving him fangs, talons on his arms and feet, and red eyes that give him enhanced vision (though they are sensitive to light).

He hides his new additions with different methods: so he doesn't show his fangs, he mumbles a bit, barely moving his mouth when he talks. He folds down the talons when he wears shirts, and he covers his red eyes with dark sunglasses.
