can u please tell me how many peices of phillo dough u are using to make the long strip? and my dough broke when i took it out of the freezer should i let it sit to room temperature first before removing from the plastic? thanks so much and i love all ur videos!

You can use 2 layers to make the strip.
You need to let the fillo dough rest at room temperature before you use it, don't remove it from the plastic until you want to start.
While you are working with the fillo dough, place a napkin on the rest of the dough so it doesn't dry out.
