This was the strongest incenses I've had. I really enjoy it since it only takes one hit for me. Maybe because I've built a tolerance to it, but I've never felt sick other than a headache or a little nausea. The first time my friend smoked it he got so sick and threw up. Personally, I definitely recommend it but only for a usual incense smoker. Not good for the casual smoker.

I smoke Caution on a multiple times daily basis and think it's pretty awesome. I get 12 grams for $40 and it lasted me 12 days and I smoke before work, after work, all day on my off days.
