Look up "aren't" in the dictionary and you will see some examples of usage.
Contractions need to have an apostrophe in place of the missing letters. You need to work on that.
Last of all, "Whoooeee" is an interjection, and the rules are wide open on interjections.
Everybody should know all of this by the 7th grade, so you get a D.

Angola? I could understand if they said ethopia or Sudan by Angola. They never had advanced shit their. They were amoung the least advanced in africa. The government...society plays a major role in the disenfranchisement of young blacks. We DID NOT create the unstable environments we live in. We DO take responsibility for what's going on, and we have tried to rise from the circumstance only to be pushed back by society. I'm a huge believer that social programs help, but only when the people in the area actually care and participate. When the public is active a little help from the government goes a long long way. Civil rights leaders do not involve themselves in blk on blk violence because there is no money or national publicity in it. The violence occurs in poor communities and they don't care about them.

But yes the fight should begin in within the black community to realize why they are in the sitution they are in. On the other hand do you black people aspire to live in the projects??? no but there is an institution created that gives people more money, and benefits then if they get a job earning minimum wage. Its a huge mess

They seem to celebrate black crime against whites. Over 40,000 white women are raped each year in America by blacks. Less than 10 black women are raped by whites each year. The murder statistics are equally one sided. As are robberies and assualts. Yet blacks (and even whites) do absolutely nothing to stop it.
