  • What's up with the steroids are for losers guy. I don't do steroids but i don't see what the issue is. These guys do what they want to get as strong as possible. Quit being a hater

  • no straps nice!

  • @cannonbulk powerlifting is judged on how much you can lift. As you become more explosive you can generate more force thus lifting more weight. Even though it can take 7 seconds to complete a maximal attempt you are still applying a great deal of explosive force. Thats why powerlifters train both speed and maximal weights.

  • what I would do to be able to deadlift 500+ pounds ):

  • @steroidsr4losers You are the idiot powerlifting is about explosive strength. No one goes to a meet to see how well you can lower the weight. You seem to have so much knowledge about training, I would love to see a video of you deadlifting 655 for slow controlled reps. I bet you are the biggest, jacked, and strongest person to ever walk the earth. I think your probly the most awesome joker ever. Show us how awesome an all natural monster like yourself can be without steroids, because steroids

  • I've been told differently, power lifting is not explosive, explosive hints at speed, no matter how fast you lift the weight power lifting only focusses on lifting it. A standard maximum lift can last upwards of 7 seconds that's a fucking long time and that's not exactly fast just really strong. In Olympic Lifting on the other hand the lift lasts only a couple of seconds hence the notion of speed and explosion of strength. Just what I've gathered, what you think?

  • I'm 13, 1,000% NATURAL and I can pull almost 700lbs RAW, no BELT, DIAMOND PERFECT FORM, NO ROIDS.

  • @AndyHarglesis I'm a two week old female fetus and I can deadlift 300,000 lbs with just my toe while drinking a gallon of milk balancing on top of the Statue of Liberty with a blood alcohol of .95

  • @ImRuhvenge i lol'd

  • @ImRuhvenge You're full of shit. AndyHarglesis is the man.

  • @AndyHarglesis you're full of shit. nobody believes this

  • No bouncing between reps LIKE A BOSS

  • wow look at the bar bend... O_o

  • His intensity is fuckin amazing. inspires me with every slam.... now time to go Deadlift.... 600 by may is my goal. wish me luck.

  • What the hell makes a steroid user cheating? Or not fair what?

  • @Bigericman405 it would only be cheating if you were the only one in the field doing them. kroc even admits it. he only has one testicle. its kind of a given. people are ignorant so its not even worth trying to explain to people.

  • Man! You are one badass motherfucker! That's impressive weight! Love the last rep!

  • Lmfao @ how the video cuts right when he smashes the bar into the floor!

  • The eccentric portion of the deadlift is useless. I hope all of you idiots whining about him dropping it learn that one day.

  • @eowdaoc

Not entirely... it has its uses. Some powerlifting meets require that you return the weight slowly, not dropping it. It has its places.

  • @steroidsR4losers

Learn what a deadlift actually is before you spout off sounding like a jackass. As I've already said, there is not a need for a controlled eccentric portion of the deadlift.

  • @rodja49 Half reps.

  • @steroidsR4losers

Where are your videos since you love to critique the form of people who have accomplished nearly inhuman levels of strength? Unless you are squatting over 1000 lbs like Matt Kroc, then you need to shut the fuck up.

  • @rodja49 Half reps.

  • @steroidsR4losers

And that's why you'll always be weak.

  • @rodja49 Half reps.

  • @steroidsR4losers

His "half reps" have totaled to elite status and one of the strongest men on the planet. What have you accomplished?

  • @rodja49 Why not do FULL reps? He could be stronger by working the eccentric part of the lift.

Hopefully he is natural, otherwise even his half reps don't count.

    Stay natural buddy!

  • @steroidsR4losers

If you had any knowledge of powerlifting, then you would know that this is a full rep. The eccentric portion will not lead to any strength gains. With a 810 lb deadlift and the highest total ever for his weight class (220), he has a tad bit more authority than you on the subject

Natural, huh? I hope you've never taken any sort of anti-inflammatory because, otherwise, you're a hypocrite.

  • @rodja49 Half reps build half strength.

If he lowered the weight under control he wouldn't have got 5 reps which would prove that lowering under control uses muscle and would therefore build strength. It is easier to "drop" the weight instead of resisting it by doing the exercise correctly. Concentric AND eccentric phases BOTH build strength. This guy is retarded like you.

    Stay natural buddy!

  • @rodja49

Only COWARDS try to justify the use of STEROIDS.

Let's see him do it without STEROIDS.

    Stay naural buddy!

  • @steroidsR4losers

Who are you to impose your morals upon anyone?

  • @steroidsR4losers Aaaah! Because if everyone took steroids we'd become just as strong, right? Fucking idiot...

  • Lower it under control, tubby.

  • @steroidsR4losers

There is not an eccentric phase of the deadlift and how the fuck is he fat? His belly does not stick out over his belt and he is one of the few powerlifters that has abs when he competes.

  • @rodja49 Fail.

  • @steroidsR4losers

Brilliant retort. I love how it's always the keyboard warriors talking shit and criticizing champion powerlifters.

  • I'm terrified of this man

  • Beast.

  • @steroidsR4losers He must be taking whey protein :), remember guys only lift in the woods, this guy is inside, but he is wearing no t shirt, so he is somewhat natural

  • @JDilla2812 no way hes natural. Hes wearing tennis shoes and factory made barbells. IF this guy was natural hed be studying the local avians and crustations to learn on to naturally condition

  • @wippudaeu lol i know, he is a powerlifter he is just sposed to move the weight, and he cant even compete controlled! ontop of that he is really over weight like steroidsr4losers says

  • @JDilla2812 I doubt you can shift a third of that weight for one rep, so just hush mmmk pumpkin?

  • Looks like he couldve muscled up a few more, faaaaaaaaaaack

  • dang nice home gym man

  • Woah Nice! looks like you another rep in you aswel!

  • yo i'm 5 and i can deadlift like 600lb raw no legs or arms do it with my teeth.

  • THIS is my frickin goal!

  • The hat adds 50 lbs to the lift.

  • lol I loved the end. Only if it wasn't cut off :(

  • CHRIST!!! Would you go AWAY 13andincrediblycut!?!?! Your as bad as the freaking SteriodsR4Losers guy on all the Bodybuilding videos!!

  • im only 13 200lbs at 6'4" and i can do 560x5

  • @13andincrediblycut fucking liar..............lol.

  • @rad3212001 its not a lie. check my channel soon and you'll see the video when i upload it.

  • @rad3212001 lol I checked out what I thought was going to be a little kid as well. Ended up being a little girl doing some lousy bicep curls hahahha, what a joke.

  • @13andincrediblycut your very homosexual

  • @bluntzondamoon What makes you say that?

  • @13andincrediblycut i say that because you're well known for chugging nut

  • @bluntzondamoon I like eggnog with nuts. ;)

  • I'm pretty sure the entire house collapsed after that last rep haha

  • Ye you kill those weights..

  • wow the ats amazing, keep up the good work!!!

  • hes gonna end up pulling something from slaming it like that

  • @solly1170 your an idiot

  • this guy is a fucking MAN.

  • gotta love how the bar looks like it could snap !

  • kroc got a question for you do you take any supplements or belive in any of them

  • of course he does. why else would he endorse muscletech?

  • Hands down my favorite lift. Awesome stuff!

  • scared cat! scared cat!!!

  • hahahahahhaha the video stops on a screen shot of him THROWING 655 at the ground. Jeez, that's awesome

  • fuck me i wish my bak was better, that looks fucking mad, id be happy even pulling 500 once like taht.

  • properly done deadlift is a very functional exercise that will strengthen your back and prevent injury

  • @mmutlu

Which we are not seeing here.

STEROIDS and half reps = LOSER

    Stay natural buddy!

  • @steroidsR4losers

omg shut up, get a life, you are pathetic

  • @steroidsR4losers You don't know anything about lifting do you. Half reps keep the tension built up in the muscle(s) you are trying to hit. Who the fuck are you? This guys famous, and you are gonna tell him how to lift? Obviously your little equation isn't right since he dead lifts 815. (Could be more)

  • @mmutlu

it also equally uses you glutes, hams and quads.

  • @mmutlu strengthens your whole body!

  • @1llr1 haha you have no clue what youre talking about

  • Holy sheeaaaat! Conventional too i like to see it! Monsta

  • Nice form. I'm just starting out and have no plans on getting to that level but it's cool too see how much the human body can achieve.

  • how do you do these without hurting your back (lower back)

  • The right way.

  • By keeping the bar close to the body and pressing back the shoulders with the legs..

  • these do the complete opposite from hurting your back. Deads make your back indestructable!

You should try them, you'll feel like a man.

  • Well if you do them the wrong way you shit is fucked up.

  • You got that right!

  • so true, deadlifts are awesome

  • looking forward, slightly up, pull your shoulders back, chest out, back straight and push with your heels

  • qood form. 5 stars

  • god damn shaking the camera, your really strong goodjob.

  • is this the real kroc?

fuck yea dude your a fucking beastttttttttttttttttt

  • Built like a truck and twice as strong.

  • IS THAT UR PRIVATE HOME GYM!~?!?!?

  • good job

  • what is the name of the song ?

  • the song is "happy" by mudvayne.

  • My radio station just started playing that song, i had no idea it was out in 2007 (when matt uploaded the video)

  • I love how he smashes it down on the last rep

  • love the furious descent of the last rep - smashing the goddamn bar into the floor !

  • @StachuTroch It's called a Tricep Smashdown, a great way to activate tricep muscles which normally would be ignored in the dead lift.

  • @StachuTroch

Looks like that bar is made of paper on that last rep when you smash it on floor :D Nice.

  • Your training sessions are so intense. This is how you stay so lean isnt it?.

  • the music rocks :P

  • What purpose is a spotter going to serve? If the lifter needs to bail out, a spotter is only going to get in the way.

  • what the ****! you okay?

  • The Deadlift isn't a spotted lift, Idiot.

  • well done. best ive ever gotten was 405, maybe 415, i dont know it was like 5 years ago. thats some heavy shit there man, no doubt. and like others have said, its nice to see you do it without straps. IMO, if you cant do it by yourself, you cant do it at all.

    good work.

  • awesome. nice to see someone go heavy without straps.

  • BIG BACK!!

    Nice Work

  • strong mofo

  • this better be a joke

too slow/controlled of a descent on your DL can lead to injuy. Be careful.

  • Uhm, not because of a fast descent on its own. Where the fuck did you hear about that?

In deadlift with heavy weights small things such as turning your head slightly even in a locked out position may fuck you up but the descent is not supposed to be done with negative contraction, my 5 cents.

  • Your high school football coach is a dumbass.

  • you're a dumbass.....

    have fun repping 205 faggot.

  • I think he's kidding...Check out Troponin's videos.

  • Comment removed

  • you should look at some videos of this bloke named justin harris maybe you heard of him?

  • strong as a fuckin bull, just saw your squat quad tear video aswell, its fuckin crazy how far you push yourself... mad respect bro

  • MAN, YOU A BRUTAL!

  • extra mec c'est super

  • his form is actually very good for this set... he could have probably pulled way more

  • bad song for a bad ass lift... respect

  • I mean to say "bad ass song for a bad ass lift" I love that song

  • HOLY CRAP. THATS FING MOTIVATION MAN

  • impressive lift, man. You are strong as hell

  • How long have you been lifting weight like that and how long did it take you to get there?

  • Jesus, your an animal, thats amazing!!

  • THis was prolly one of the baddest fuckin' vids on this site. Rock on MOtherfucker.

  • you are a bad ass MFer dude this is very inspiring.

  • big strong and short frame...perfect for DL

  • Shit this guy is huge.

  • machine!

  • i'm a little scared of the thought of attempting a stretch reflex with 800+lbs, but there may be some strength building value in the eccentric portion of the rep as a training exercise. or it may cause too much damage. in any case, that is some seriously strong lifting right there. well done.

  • Why do you drop the weight like that after every rep? Why dont you lower it in a controlled fashion?

  • Because in a powerlifting meet you pull a max single from a dead stop, there is no down movement so you don't benefit from the stretch reflex of lowering the weight. By not providing any resistance on the way down I am attempting to simulate competition conditions and eliminate the stretch reflex as much as possible.

  • Lol! You got me there! I have no idea what a stretch reflex is.

  • And because the risks that arise from doing controlled negatives of the deadlift, especially with that much weight, far outstrip any vague benefits.

  • @kroc001 Kroc isn't into bodybuilding, therefore the negative movement isn't necessary in this case since he is into powerlifting. I think? :)

  • @450asg ummmm yeahhhhhh, about kroc not being into bodybuilding.

  • Awesome lift, it was so heavy I didn't even notice the belt. Even without a belt you could lift more than me.

  • without a torso, he could lift more than anyone on youtube, besides ronnie coleman.

  • ronnie is a body builder and there's much stronger powerlifters out there, so not a great example.. how about mark felix?

  • For being a body builder and not lifting for strength. Ronnie does a badass job with all of his lifts. Seen videos of 495 x 5 bench, 800 x 2 squat and deadlift.

  • his 2300lb leg press is rather impressive too..

"Everybody Wanna Ba A Bodybuilder, But Ain't Nobody Wanna Lift No Heavy Ass Weight! .. I Do It Though! Wooooo!"

there's always been this debate about whether ronnie went into powerlifting..

  • i hope you are natural as well. that is awsome how much weight you can lift and another thing i like is you arent all fat. i dont like how huge alot of the powerlifters guts are. i hope to get to that level oneday

  • I don't like it either, but 'all fat' is a bit strong, they still have a lot of muscle.

  • Sweet pulling Kroc.

Our form is very similar. People always wank on to me about how I could get a lot better leverage by sitting back far into a pull, but I have such a short torso. I can't break nothing off the floor if I Deadlift "right".

  • pounds?

  • Fucking awsome man, keep up the good work

  • if only i was Older and wasnt with my Jake cuz Damn you have a sexy body

  • very nice form and great power!!

  • good job man. i hope you're all natural because if you are then that shows there is hope to get that big without the roids. so far i can deadlift only 275 for 3 reps. im still building up. keep up the good work and might i say, you got a strong grip there.

  • Who cares if he's natural or not? He's strong as hell, and he got it through hardass work.

  • incredible. Can i ask what gives you that awesome strength in your wrists?

  • High rep dumbbell rows without straps. I do 99% of my training without straps. Only on really heavy shrugs (800lbs+) and a few other things do I use straps.

  • well its obviously working =]

  • how many reps big man? because im thinking of doing it today so how many reps shall i do on the dumbbell rows
