  • @JoshBroughtonMMA A single-leg, Double-leg, or Hi-C will get you pretty far. It really helps to have a good coach and team. Best of Luck

  • @JoshBroughtonMMA I sucked really bad my first and second years. I'd recommend going to wrestling camps, and try to get in really good condition during the season, because if you don't have experience, its always good to be in better condition than your opponent.

  • This is a great technique but it's very dangerous to pull this off against a Judo or BJJ player because you're giving up your back and the opponents hand is on your throat when the move is done ... I've seen a few wrestlers attempt this move in grappling competitions and end up giving up their back but overall a great technique for Sport Sambo or Wrestling competitions.

  • @pcjudosambo this isnt bjj or judo as you can see its wrestling

  • @MrBobsrevenge yes, I see it's wrestling :-) but many wrestlers cross compete in Judo & BJJ... so I was just saying :-)

  • it looks like its on the ps1

  • I go for the shoulder spin throw when I fake a whizzer. Great stuff its them all the time!

  • i am gonna try this

  • Sick move, man.

  • thank you for showing this. i can never find a way to do this properly cause i cant get the arm but i just noticed how it's like a shoulder throw but with a twist at the end. Awesome move to get off.

  • Yea the other name for this is Japanese head spin. You have to use your body to block them off so you get the throw. The over the shoulder throw is more hip.
