The problem with all these older consoles is that the sticks were wired 8-way. I don't think the 4-way games registered only the cardinal directions - where pressing into the diagonals meant both directions were input simultaneously - but even if they did, it meant that there was dead space in the diagonals, which gives almost the same behavior. This was one reason Pac-Man for the Atari 2600 sucked such ass.
You might like Brotherhood of Leet on my youtube channel - a re-imagining of WW2 dramas like Band of Brothers as if they were set during the 8 bit wars of the 1980s where Nintendo and Sega are waring nations.
That happens a lot in gaming though, different regions get different names.
Do the letters K.C. have some significance in the US? They don't mean anything to me, in the UK, so maybe it's something to do with regional or cultural relevance.
i had this console wicked must be 25 years old what do you think. what about the football and ice hockey games where you could score throw the back of the goals
Oh lord, I remember those little joysticks and the problems you get with them. Usually its the button falling out! We had this console when I was a kid (I'm 26) and I remember my dad sitting over those joysticks with a soldering iron many-a-time! Ah the good old days of gaming, eh?
There are dots to eat though... but they move around. If I'm not mistaken, this game was released a year or so before Pac Man made it onto the atari 2600. In terms of gameplay, it's actually better.
Pac-Man???

Do you have Conquest of the world?

No, I don't have that one.
I only have a very few games for this system, and there are videos of all of them on my channel.

I've made two videos on videopac/odyssey 2 as well and I figured they would be good ' video responses '.
Excellent videos you make.

Yeah! This was my first Videogame-console !
This game called "Muncher" here.
I loved to build my own Levels.
Spent days to build my own !
Also "Cobra" was a really good game for the videopac 7800!
For these days it was a very cool thing !
