When I lived in Colorado in the 1970s a young college student was walking down the sidewalk near my apartment on a very windy day. Gusts were up to 80mph. Some idiot had a camper shell in their carport that wasn't secured in any way. The wind caught it and blew it towards the street hitting the student in the head killing him.
