  • Good job Man! I'm just on week 3 and got tired watching you do the floor fly's but also got motivated because I know what's ahead so, I better be ready to Bring It! Thanks for posting this video!!!

  • Nice! Pushing it until failure. Floor Flys are hard...in my first phase 2 I also tried them with a paper plate but my laminate floor is a little bit too slippy. I do them like Tony now.

  • Way to "Bring It" . I did those on Monday for the first time. I know how you were feeling. I was able to do 10 on each side, but i'm really sore the day after, but as you know its a good sore. Back, biceps and ARX today. Woo Hoo. I got a trip to Florida at the end of July that I want to have my ABS man I'm pushing hard and doing doubles as much as I can, schedule permitting during second phase. Keep Bringing it....
