I think the p38's are the most beautiful range rovers, the new ones don't look tough anymore, the p38's look a lot more dangerous and tough, the new range rovers look smaller and more like other cars... Maybe the performances are better, but the ones like on this video have a better look I think.
I fell in love with these range rovers when I was 3 years old, my father's uncle had one. Always when he came, I looked at the car and tought WOW!!! and now we have one p38 and it still hasn't changed
Yeah they have massive presence. I'm the same as you -- whilst I wouldn't turn down a modern L322 Rangie if someone gave it to me, I would love to own a P38. Unfortunately, the insurance would just be too high for me at the moment. Ah well, in 5 years time or so I'll pick up a nice 2001 or 2002 model and cherish it :) For now I'll stick with my 110 :D
With a 110 you dosn't have to worry about scratches on your car, when the 110 has scratches it will look cool. :) when a p38 has scratches it looks awful. it's a bit of a buisinesscar.
The suzukis are lighter, i.e., less mass, less inertia, and both translate to quicker movement...same reason why remote controlled toy cars dont have the swagger real cars have. You can tell it's an r/c inspite of the detailing or the scale of the surroundings just by the way they move... you'd know right there and then it wasn't the real thing.
range rover is number 1. my stock 07 HSE does all the same trails as well or better than heavily modified jeeps and modded hummer H2's so i have seen in real life who the king is LAND ROVER.
They both rock. But R-Rover has more status 'cause it costs much more. Great car too.(except for maintence and reliability) I drive a poor man's R-Rover... Jeep Grand Cherokee. But I love it;-)
what kind of modification did u make?

Also nice cars, but less toys & luxury.

Yeah, scratches, dents, check out my videos to see it in action if you want.

Well i see no need for low gear or low down torque .
The traile shown is simpler and could be run thru in 2wheel drive mode

have fun in your suzuki then, unsafe tinny and genuine crap

lol
the range rover was driven correctly its about getting through with no damage not fast.
and with a range rover you also get leather seats aircon etc etc.
cagmito76 2 years ago
lol its funny how much quicker those cheap little suzukis make it through
Crusher103 3 years ago
Yeah. But if something broke on the Suzuki it's not that big a deal, would you want to replace something on a Range Rover? lol
ionoMaybe 3 years ago
That's because they don't have the low down torque as a RR.
gford816 3 years ago
so the make it throw faster because of not having torque? doesnt make sense
Crusher103 3 years ago
Why? The RR has low down torque so goes through on idle.
The Zuk needs to be revved else it will stall.
gford816 3 years ago
thats because the body is very light.. it specializes at such terrain.. flat.. if the condition is worse than that.. gotta need more HP and weight..

if you look closely you can notice the directional tires are in the reversed direction. Nice trick!
mante78 3 years ago
Ohh, are the Pirelli Scorpion directional? I did not know that, I have to check the tires for rotation markings.
Thanks for the advice.
