Facinating! Unusual traction machine this one. That is a HUGE govenor! I can see the "bicycle chain" that drives the floor selector in the black cabinet on the floor. Could have been cool to see how that worked.
@mrmattandmrchay Sorry for the very delayed answer. I have photos of the floor selector mechanism. It's very simple constructed with microswitches and fiber lips pushing the switches attached on the slowly rotating steel ring driven by a gear. Elevators made by Valmet-Schlieren used this same floor selector construction.
