Man, what memories!!! Saw this in Ca when it came out, always loved the soundtrack. Was in high school I think. Can't remember alot of the movie. :) Not to sound sappy, but thanks for the memories. For some reason I can't remember alot of the movie. Hmmmm.......Wonder why????

O wow this takes me back. High School, surfing so much I practically lived on the beach. I was such an activist against offshore oil drilling at the time and this movie really inspired me to stay strong. Such happy music that stays with you forever!

Club Paradise is by far one of the best caribbean/vacation paradise movies. It is so good and if it weren't for these wonderful, hip Jamaican soundtracks, then I'm sure it would not be as fun to watch!

This entire soundtrack was incredible- even the non-Jimmy tracks! ("Sweetie Come From America", "Grenada", etc.) I wore that cassette down to a thread back in the '80s, but it's a discontinued album now. Wish I could get it on disc.

PS - if you haven't seen this movie, find it and rent it. Almost all the SCTV cast - it's hilarious (especially Levy and Morranis).
