Whats being filmed here isn't a tornado. Its the leading edge of a wall cloud. You did catch the actual tornado when you panned left at 10 seconds.

I remember it like it was yesterday - my daughter was missing in the hwy30 area right after it passed and the national guard wouldn't let me look for her !!!!!!! She is fine and dandy now
