@TheNOOBPWN yea and you know what the funny thing is, iphone (apple) fanboys make it seem like its an advantage that they can view LESS contant on the web because they dont have the option of flash, i mean why doesnt apple compromise and give the iphone flash with the option to turn it off, its our devices after all why can we not make that decision for ourselves its not about the product so much as its about having options and that what this phone is about to me

@hallal55 yes blur is more user friendly for most people, and convenient but there isn't much of a difference, what do you mean by normal android phone?, other then the droid x i would say incredible, evo, or nexus one is also really good. Most people like htc ui more then blur so it comes down to what is more important, the x is a better quality phone (all aluminum, polycorbonate, and gorilla glass) vs incredible (plastic, some aluminum, glass), or is ui more important (sense vs blur)

@possomcrast They aren't going to care, even if they did I don't think they would spend the time and money to get you in trouble or sue you. If you are really that worried, turn off the phone, power it on while holding the power and home button, when you see the !, hit the search button, go down and choose wipe data/factory reset and then wipe cache. Not completely sure this will work but it is worth a shot. Or install clockwork and try to restore a nandroid backup and brick it.
