Hi I just wrote you a message through YouTube. This song you have created is incredibly inspiring and beautiful. I would like to use it in a video highlighting charity work in Haiti after the earthquake.

Can I say this is the BEST interpretation of this beautiful folk song I've EVER heard! I've sang this song in numerous occasions but this is very beautiful!
I would love to download whatever PDF you are creating for 4 part harmony. Is there a way we can arrange a transaction for the sheet music? My high school choir would love singing this beautifully arranged tune.
Hey there, I was wondering if you were able to get the PDF for the 4 part harmony. The choral director heard your version and LOVED IT. We had our first meeting for our spring concert and she was asking if we could get it in the next couple of weeks.
Thank you for your post and video! We too are a choir, out of Canada, looking for traditional Haitian music that will support our efforts to raise funds in our benefit concert, more specifically for the orphans of Haiti. Thank you so very much for this! Is there any way we can get a hold of this arrangement? Merci! ~Susan
beautiful and moving. Thank you for sharing this. I have been trying to find the lyrics and music to Mongola - does anyone have recommendations where to find them?
Thank you for such quick response. I want to bring this song to my Western, MA chorus and add it to our spring performance. This will be our way to share this music and raise funds to continue the Haiti support in the future. How would I find sheet music for this song?
Say, did you ever come up with the PDF file? I teach choral arts in a Boston Public School on a grant - and would love to study this more and extract parts that elementary children could sing.
So, you being a foreigner(?), have contributed to the problem of Haiti. I think this young man has done a great job of singing this song, whether he feels the full pain of it or not. I imagine more than you . . . GWOZ0Z0. Or am I wrong?

The lyrics are:
wangol o' ou ale
ki le ou a vini wem anko? ou ale
wangol o' ou ale
ki le ou a vini wem anko? ou ale
ki le ou a vini wem anko?
peyi-a chanje,
ki le ou a viniwem anko?
peyi-a chanje,
ki le ou a vini (or pase) wem anko, ou ale.

Wongolo, you're leaving,
when will you come and see me again.
When will you come and see me again?
The country is changing, (or our situation is changing)
When will you come back and see me again ?

is it realy boukman's.

I was thinking the same thing.
This folk song has been known/sung in Haiti for decades, if not a century.
I think if anything Boukman Eksperyans probably made it over just like this person is making it over.

Yes, and a beautiful song as well!!!

At least give boukman ekspeyans some credit,it's their song, after all.
