Written Battle Tracks are much more vicious and personal. MCs like KRS-1, Nas, Jay Z, Ice-Cube, Canibus, and Eminem are very good at them. I would give it to Iron in a F-Battle but I definetly thing Em could handle him if it came to a Writen Battle.
