if it doesn't show up on the computer, close out of itunes (if you were on it) then unplug your iphone or ipod touch by the usb part, and plug it back in. it will load and then appear onto it. click computer and it should be there. (btw i use windows 7, but it should work on vista and some others too)

If you have a mac--all you do is plug in your iphone --then place pointer over "Your Iphone" --which is in Iphoto-----then place pointer on pictures or your latest video then place pointer over "import selected"--thats alll folks..simplest way

Thanks for the video! Worked for me fine. I started searching for "iPhone 3gs to pc" and found software that was $25 to $30! Eventually search results showed your youtube video. In a matter of minutes I had all my pictures on my PC. I had started emailing the pics, that was using up a lot of data.
