  • hi i love your videos!where do you get Harrison pellets and can you make a video about clipping a birds wings? What can you do to make your bird stop flying on the ground when it comes out of it's cage.

  • i already knew about the high potency i was just asking if you had them on the high potency.....you should get all the products for harrisons, like their bird bread, and power treats

  • hey, quick thing... when you buy harrisons food, always keep it in the original bag because its made for that food to stay fresh, not put it in a plastic bin! smh.. and why didnt you get the high potency kind?

  • @sapphire6183

    1. My plastic bin is airtight and stays in the darkness and is thus just as suitable for storing the pellets as the bag.

    2. The high potency kind is used during the switching process from an old diet to Harrisons. It packs in nutrition that the bird has not had because of it's prior, old food. It is usually used for the first 6-9 months and it is then recommended that you switch to the normal kind.

    Thanks for the suggestions though..

  • @3sugarbeans Shouldn't you take the duck to a vet so they can fix it's leg? Like push it into place?

Theres this yellow calcium perch inside the cage. For some reason my cockatiel will never sit on the perch. I think he's just to scared right now. Is there any why I can get him to sit on it? If so please reply.

  • Nice video,

Is Isis a chicken chick or turkey chick? She looks kinda like a turkey chick. However some of the more unusual chicken breeds chicks look like that.

    Just interested to know.

  • WOW! That's snazzy. 'nuff said.

  • what about your bearded dragon

  • @blablablakkynomg he's in the other room and I was only showing pets in my room

  • That is a really great cage and I bet your birdie buddies love it!

  • Oh and I also have two robo dwarf hamsters and a mouse in my room, also i have three cats but i dont let them in my room with the animals. I was just telling you that in case you think i should move Tula away from the other animals to another area of the room.

  • Hi I do have a parakeet, her name is Tula, but i've had her for nine months and i try to tame her by doing the thing you showed on your how to care for a parakeet video and she still bites me and is getting worse, so do you think you know how I could tame her or do you think she just isn't a good parakeet to be a pet. And if I do have to give her away where would you reccomend i get a new one and what gender and kind and all ( Tula is a Rare parakeet I got from Petsmart) Thx!

  • Awwww Isisis the cutest thing ever!!!I wish I could have a chicken or a duck but I live in the city. :/

  • I love how your face totally lights up when you talk about your animals.. I'm the same way : ]... It's also soooo good to hear that Isis is doing well!

  • @3sugerbeans can u plz read the message i sent u thanks as i am worried about my female cockatail she just stays at the back of the cage

  • Your animals are given the best care they could possibly get, and Isis

looks great! I have a chicken very similar to her, she had a hip injury, and now

    she's a happy, fat chicken!

  • my dad cross bread budgie and cockatiel when they were very wild they loved each other from the first day

  • @callum424 That sounds very interesting but it is genetically impossible for a cockatiel and budgie to actually produce live young. They can definitely court and mate, but no young can be produced and even if they could, the young would be very weak and would die. It is like trying to breed a cat with a dog, it wouldn't work out. Are you sure the birds had babies?? -Thanks

  • @3sugarbeans yh i am sure they had babies and the babies even trying to mate

  • Respond to this video...yh the babies are even trying to have other babies

  • @callum424

    Wow, sounds very odd.

There was a cross between a cockatiel and Galah a few years ago, but they were of the same parrot species group (cockatoo family). Sounds very, very unlikely, but in my opinion not impossible. Do you have a photo?

  • @EastwoodBirds i will let you no i dont have any because they are very delicet

  • i had a chick too, it was Buff Orpington. All 19 of the other chicks decided to pick on her one day and she couldn't walk. We brought her in the house and her future looked very... well, dead. But she survived through the night and now she's alive and well!! We named her Margarine because she was yellow. ;)

It's very nice that people will take care of a crippled chick. Most people will kill it or leave it for the the chicks to cannibalize.

    BTW I <3 your channel.

  • Is Isis an Americauna chick? I absolutely love those chickens, and Buff Orpingtons.

  • Great Video! and happy the little chick is doing ok(: and awsome cage :D well Im happy that over all all your pets are doing great and that you take such good care of them :) keep it up *thumbs up*

  • 3sugerbeans i sent you a message about my cockatails could u read and contact me back pls thanks

  • 3sugerbeans i sent u a message about my cockatails can read and send me a message back thanks

  • I LOVE the new cage, it's enormous! I'm glad Isis is doing well and cute rats.

  • @MsBudgies Aww thank you! I agree :D

  • @mooboo777 Thank you!

  • @3sugarbeans hi sorry about message you so much just worried abou my cockatails can u plz read messages and message me back thanks

  • @3sugarbeans hi sorry about message u so much but can u plz read my message and contact me back thanks

  • I love the new bird cage so much! I also love little Isis and that is good that she is growing and can walk on her injured leg! Also, your rats are so adorable :)! I want one but my parents say no, so I can't get one :/

  • @redearedsliderlover Thanks!! :) yeah, rats are fun but they are the most time requiring pets I've ever had! A lot of clean up every single day! ;)

  • @3sugarbeans i LOVE your birds

  • Ooo! We got a glimpse of your room. Haha! Nice cage! Right now I feed Harrison's to Maximo but I am changing to Totally Organics Pellets because Harrison's has Soy which isn't to good for them. I love how Kirby is whistling and talking :D Oh, and since budgies and cockatiels are both Australian they usually get along. But any other species shouldn't be together.

  • @MsHorselover8 Yes, Kirby is very verbal haha! The only thing is that, even though they come from the same continent, and are both 'Australian' birds, they do not mix in the wild and don't even come into contact with each other because budgies live in the drier parts and cockatiels like to live in brush lands and wetlands. Hence the fact that it is very dangerous to mix them. :) thank you for the info!

  • @3sugarbeans Yeah I know what you mean :D I was just saying that if someone were to mix birds it would be better to have budgies and cockatiels. Instead of lovebirds and cockatiels. Although I wouldn't mix a lovebird with any other species since they are aggressive. But I was just using as an example. Make sense? Haha!

  • LOL I love how Kirby is just whistling and talking away. So cute.

I agree that Cockatiels and budgies should not be housed together. Only on rare occasions, such as here, does it work out well. I rescued a budgie once that had his partner killed by a bunch of cockatiels, very sad. Your bird videos are so nice to watch. Reminds me when I had 6 budgies all free flying in my room. Lovely memories. :)

  • @Wolfie238 aw thanks :) Yes I totally agree!

  • Oh and I have a question:

Where did you get the cage from because I need a cage like that for Rio?

  • @MeAndMyBirdRio

She said in the video that she got it from Amazon.com

  • @KaguyaKimimaro Thanks

  • Lol Tweety's a pig.

Oh and your so lucky because you have chicks and I love chicks but ofcourse I love birds and animals but mainly birds.

    I have 1 cat,1 dog,2 fish (used to have 4),2 hamsters,and 1 bird.

  • @MeAndMyBirdRio haha thanks the chicks weren't really going to be 'mine' but since one got hurt, I became in charge of nursing it back to health

  • I actually love watching your videos! I have a cat, ferret and parakeet. Not as many pets as I would like but its as good as I can get atm =P My ferret is my baby, I love my cat and my parakeet we found in the backyard about a year ago, He isnt very friendly and Ive tried many of your tips but I feel he maybe is just sad that he was let go or lost =/ I took him in because I love animals, and I love him, I just wish he would let me show him xD

  • @DeerKat90 Thank you! Thats plenty of animals! :) I think the less the better because the less you have, the more attention they get!
