well diane..my dad is working in hospital..do u know patient that's having aids/hiv when it comes to the worst point all the fluids come out from his body would infect us.that's why when he died,hospital stuffs have to do all the mandi mayat stuffs but they do not touch the dead body but using plastics n they wear sarung tangan..hope u understand..tq

I am agree with ur 1st sentence but not the last one. HIV? A false accusation eh? R u a Malaysian? dear Auntie Rudiah - HIV is not infected by kissing, or touching or even sharing food.. It's only infectious by internal bodily fluid contact, for example one's blood into another, or one's semen into another's blood.

Sad to see how even such an educated and modern person are not aware of the facts about HIV/Aids.

My whole comment was about the ignorance of the facts. How it's transmitted.

sedare/sedari diane....kakak arwah kate gitu mungkin wallahualam keadaan arwah seperti pesakit aids.kemungkinan tubuh badan arwah juga mengalami luka seperti pesakit aids...so kalau u tercium atau sentuh kawasan luka tu tak berjangkit ke namenye....

hiv can only be transmitted internally - touching blood does not transmit the virus. if the blood enters the other person's blood stream, then yes there is a risk of transmission. i will reiterate:

@cfooddinner There is no need to call me asshole just because you do not agree with me. In any case, I am not sure what it is that you do not agree with me about. I never said Sudirman died from AIDS related illness. All I am trying to say here are:

1: How HIV virus could be transmitted - clearly there is lack of education in Malaysia in general about this.

2. EVEN IF he did die of AIDS - so what is the big deal? Does that take away from all his talents? I wish people are not so judgmental.
