True. But the guide suggests a blimp due to their near silence and stealth. Not only that, but you're floating in the air! Zombies can't fly. Offshore oilrigs are the safest base and blimps are the best transportation. Just never land it in an infected region. Since zombies lack coordination to climb, one might lower a rope latter while flyingn in infected areas. That way any survivors could escape (possibly). If they're infected u can throw them off once they are in the "dead" stage.

The guide explains that when exposed to radiation, zombies do become radiation zombies, but not in the way that they mutate. All that they will do is spread nuclear radiation wherever they go. There has been an incident where such a thing has happened.(read the recorded attacks section in the guide and find " 1984; Kohtan, China)

Well, if a pistol malfunctions, I can't possibly see how it's a good gun. Most modern firearms are very reliable, but you should always test for yourself, and see what kinds of ammunition work best.
Don't trust video games or pop culture on firearms. The AK-47 is not incapable of jamming, the Desert Eagle isn't very practical, and the Beretta and M16 series is actually pretty reliable.
Just pick a gun in a caliber that you personally can handle, with a design comfortable for you.

@AnbuBlackOps001 One? Just about every man ages 14-30ish thinks they have enough badassery to make it throught the entire apocalypse without a scratch. They'll probably contribute to 30-80% of the second wave of zombies. Only problem with the .308 is that ammo is scarce. Using a rimfire caliber rifle, while less likely to obliterate a skull (Or even punture it, if your aim is off and you're further away), has plentiful ammunition even in the more gun-regulated contries.
@SSXtrikE quite understandable yet I own a M1A the civilian M14 with ten 20rd mags with 3500 rds of 7.62x51mm nato or .308 cal with a mil-dot 10x42 Leupold Ultra M3A telescope sight. I am a trained scout/sniper for the us army so 1000 meters with corrections for wind and othervariables is ample distance for me to fire 2 mags and then get the hell out of dodge but depends all on the targets slow movers 2-2 1/2 mags max sprinters 1-3 rounds.

Anyway, while that is impressive knowledge and accumulation of ammunition, most civilian survivors would be less likely to have such ease of access to that kind of ammunition and would likely have to resort to more common types. I was speaking out of consideration for more average people.
@SSXtrikE well they can buy a ruger mini 14/30. the 14 is in .223 rem, the 30 is .308 win and it is semi and easily reach out 300 meters-mini 14 and 600 meters-mini 30 effectively with iron sights. plus there pretty inexpensive.
The Beretta is pretty good in terms of function and performance. I just think it's a tad large for most people, and combined with a long trigger and slide mounted safety, it's pretty uncomfortable.
To be quite honest, i would go with a good old revolver, preferably firing a round that's easy to find, in any case, which ever caliber it fires, there is nothing like peace of mind when u know that the gun is going to fire no matter what u put it through

actually, I do have one question: why would the US govt. decide to nuke only 5 thousand zombies? If it was 5 hundred thousand, I could see a nuke. But for 5 thousand, if they decided not to send troops, they would probably use either napalm or saturation bombing of conventional explosives.
If there was a Z infection spreading, many people will die, if you know u will be one, go feet first into hell and make sure there are less zombies for the survivors
the zombie survival guide will most likely get you killed if you follow it too blindly, for a variety of reasons, no. 1 reason is the zombies themselves, as if they would conveniently move at a glacial pace and just let you leisurely stroll away from them, dont be naive, if the Z apocalypse really happened they would be at least fast enough to jog but would most likely come at you with the speed and endurance that only some1 with no feeling of pain or fatigue could muster (bicycles are useless)

Only in smal towns are bycicles really handy. Everywhere else, Extremely Quiet Hybrid, or powerful cars that can push assloads of zombies out of the way or run over them. Military style humvees will do the trick. The light armor and the bulletproof glass is a plus. The M2 at the top with the rugedness and the off roading power of the Humvee will sure save your life
the roads will be full of cars from more people that have the same idea as you, it's better to just go on foot. the humvees are to big to for stealth, the zombie gore will jam up the humvee if you run them over. the M2 is useless, you need head shots to kill zombies, it won't save life when it runs out of gas or is stoped by roads full of cars. and if you crash it you what will you do for a weapon? run around with the M2. no, too many rounds to carry, get a hunting rifle of any kind and machete.
I know, it's ok. yours is petty good next to some of the plans ive heard. i know someone who said their plan for a zombie attack is to go outside nude so it won't slow them down with a claymore in the right hand and a pistol in the left, then go to mall of america and kill zombies.
that's the stupidest plan. The roads would be full of hazards leaving you full of cuts. Then there's the zombie carnage that can infect you all over. And everyone knows the mall isn't a good place to hide. The food is will rot in a few days and there's no weapons apart from a few plushies, DVDs, and a lot of clothes

well for 1 there would be no people to hit or compete with for gas, if you knew my survival plan you would know that before doing anything its best to wait in your house, seal yourself in the attic until you completely run out of food, try for 2 weeks, by this time the initial panic will have passed since practically every1 would be dead. and do you have any idea how many gas stations there are in the world, besides most people would be long dead by the time they need to fill up,
and thats not taking into consideration all the derelict vehicles there will be to siphon gas from, and i wont be driving through any heavily populated areas, no cities for any reason, only whatever small towns i come across and only for supplies if i need them, all the way to the yukon, because a frozen zombie is the same as a dead zombie. there's pretty much only 2 ways to live in the Z apocalypse,constantly moving or in a wasteland of frozen tundra.
initial panic is the key word, panic will cause peole to use up all the gas before the first zombie gets there. if you go in your attic and eat through your food in the initial panic what will you eat for the zombie attack?

A pellet gun works wonders, Airsoft can stop them for about half a second. I don't have any guns, but I have a Pellet Gun, which is still good, and I can get a gun within about 10-20 Minutes. I know lots about surviving a Zombie Outbreak, and I will survive.

Amazing book. I bought it a few days ago, and I'm already on page 75. I am prepared. I always have at least 8 gallons of drinking water on hand, several knives, 3 rifles with 1000+ rounds of ammo, and a huge box of Top Ramen. I had all this stuff before I even bought the book. lol Great video!

Depends how much you wanna spend bro. Glocks are great,
Smith & Wesson and Taurus are great guns too. Just get one in a common caliber.
Go to the range and fire off a few and see what YOU like, it all comes down to personal preference with firearms.
example=mossburg 590 vs remington 870
I love the 870 but my friend prefers the 590.

They'll probably contribute to 30-80% of the second wave of zombies. Only problem with the .308 is that ammo is scarce. Using a rimfire caliber rifle, while less likely to obliterate a skull (Or even punture it, if your aim is off and you're further away), has plentiful ammunition even in the more gun-regulated contries.

@SSXtrikE quite understandable yet I own a M1A the civilian M14 with ten 20rd mags with 3500 rds of 7.62x51mm nato or .308 cal with a mil-dot 10x42 Leupold Ultra M3A telescope sight. I am a trained scout/sniper for the us army so 1000 meters with corrections for wind and othervariables is ample distance for me to fire 2 mags and then get the hell out of dodge but depends all on the targets slow movers 2-2 1/2 mags max sprinters 1-3 rounds.

Anyway, while that is impressive knowledge and accumulation of ammunition, most civilian survivors would be less likely to have such ease of access to that kind of ammunition and would likely have to resort to more common types. I was speaking out of consideration for more average people.

@SSXtrikE well they can buy a ruger mini 14/30. the 14 is in .223 rem, the 30 is .308 win and it is semi and easily reach out 300 meters-mini 14 and 600 meters-mini 30 effectively with iron sights. plus there pretty inexpensive.

The Beretta is pretty good in terms of function and performance. I just think it's a tad large for most people, and combined with a long trigger and slide mounted safety, it's pretty uncomfortable.

To be quite honest, i would go with a good old revolver, preferably firing a round that's easy to find, in any case, which ever caliber it fires, there is nothing like peace of mind when u know that the gun is going to fire no matter what u put it through

actually, I do have one question: why would the US govt. decide to nuke only 5 thousand zombies? If it was 5 hundred thousand, I could see a nuke. But for 5 thousand, if they decided not to send troops, they would probably use either napalm or saturation bombing of conventional explosives.

the zombie survival guide will most likely get you killed if you follow it too blindly, for a variety of reasons, no. 1 reason is the zombies themselves, as if they would conveniently move at a glacial pace and just let you leisurely stroll away from them, dont be naive, if the Z apocalypse really happened they would be at least fast enough to jog but would most likely come at you with the speed and endurance that only some1 with no feeling of pain or fatigue could muster (bicycles are useless)

Only in smal towns are bycicles really handy. Everywhere else, Extremely Quiet Hybrid, or powerful cars that can push assloads of zombies out of the way or run over them. Military style humvees will do the trick. The light armor and the bulletproof glass is a plus. The M2 at the top with the rugedness and the off roading power of the Humvee will sure save your life

the roads will be full of cars from more people that have the same idea as you, it's better to just go on foot. the humvees are to big to for stealth, the zombie gore will jam up the humvee if you run them over. the M2 is useless, you need head shots to kill zombies, it won't save life when it runs out of gas or is stoped by roads full of cars. and if you crash it you what will you do for a weapon? run around with the M2. no, too many rounds to carry, get a hunting rifle of any kind and machete.

well for 1 there would be no people to hit or compete with for gas, if you knew my survival plan you would know that before doing anything its best to wait in your house, seal yourself in the attic until you completely run out of food, try for 2 weeks, by this time the initial panic will have passed since practically every1 would be dead. and do you have any idea how many gas stations there are in the world, besides most people would be long dead by the time they need to fill up,

and thats not taking into consideration all the derelict vehicles there will be to siphon gas from, and i wont be driving through any heavily populated areas, no cities for any reason, only whatever small towns i come across and only for supplies if i need them, all the way to the yukon, because a frozen zombie is the same as a dead zombie. there's pretty much only 2 ways to live in the Z apocalypse,constantly moving or in a wasteland of frozen tundra.

A pellet gun works wonders, Airsoft can stop them for about half a second. I don't have any guns, but I have a Pellet Gun, which is still good, and I can get a gun within about 10-20 Minutes. I know lots about surviving a Zombie Outbreak, and I will survive.

Amazing book. I bought it a few days ago, and I'm already on page 75. I am prepared. I always have at least 8 gallons of drinking water on hand, several knives, 3 rifles with 1000+ rounds of ammo, and a huge box of Top Ramen. I had all this stuff before I even bought the book. lol Great video!
