Definitely procrastinating about what food to eat is good. It's all too easy to eat without mindfulness or to comfort eat and we all know where that road leads to.
Steve, Could you please be so kind as to also record your next video into mp3. So i can listen to your words repeatedly on my mp3 player while commuting ?
@superdisconnect In case you don't know, there is a website called Keepvid.com that allows you to download any youtube video in any file format (mp3). Follow the simple directions on the site.
I think you're right! I think people should trust more gut feeling. I had a life situations when I felt bad/uncomfortable, but I did not act on that feeling, ignored my "gut feeling" and as a result made a wrong decision.
I'm doing this right now. I bought a Yamaha MOX6 Workstation. It cost me $1,200 and it's been sitting in the box unopened for 3 weeks now. I have about five more days to make sure I'm going to use this thing. I know as soon as I open the box it's too late to bring it back. I do this with my Mac computers as well, lol! So far it works for me.
Excellent observations and suggestions about procrastinating! Like this ancient Chinese saying: "If you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape a hundred days of sorrow."

I agree. You can also use elevated emotional states to break through the bullshit and get to some honesty. I.e. brad blanton & radical honesty.

procrastinate for 6 months about buying a car. Buy the car. Next day car-wreck. Good or bad decision? Impossible to know because it's all subjective.

Instead of commenting with a rational response... I am procrastinating.
