I support the school's position, the children should be vaccinated against the flu whether the parents consent or not. If they refuse consent, file a child neglect petition with the nearest family or juvenile court and obtain a court order allowing the vaccination and other medical procedures necessary without having to obtain parental consent. These parents are GUILTY of child neglect/abuse and should have been ARRESTED and their son taken away, FOREVER.

@RadicalAwesomeness he was given the flumist (nasal spray) vaccine which is a live, attenuated virus. As apposed to the normal injection vaccine which is made of dead viruses. Receiving the live virus is beneficial with healthy people because it gives you a better immune boost, and the virus is so dilute that it wont get the average person sick. But if you have an immunodeficiency, that little bit of virus could be enough to get you sick.

The sad part is, that the H1N1 vaccine is federally protected. This means that if you die as a result of the vaccine, there CANNOT be any legal recourse. Can anyone say population control? This is desiged to cause rare diseases, and conditions to occur. Especially in pregnant women, children, and the elderly. That is why they want pregnant women, children, and the elderly to take the vaccine first.
