yes, there are several military animals buried with honors including 2 dogs and a horse.

i remember i went here as a kid with 2 of my friends. we thought it was like a secret cemetary because we had hopped a fence in the francesca terrace park... quite the adventure

Wonderful video... loved going to the military cemetary as a teen/young adult. I grew up in Benicia. Check out the city library for full info on everyone in the cemetary and cause of death includeing P.O.W. and animals.... included is Sgt. Tuffy the only dog in U.S. Army History to be given rank.
