This is actually the alternate version of La Mort D'Amour. You may like the other version better as its softer and not so dramatic on the vocals. I like both, but prefer La Mort D'Amour.
Along with Warning, this is the truest doom ever! It seems big time poseurs have infiltrated the doom metal fan base these days. "Thus With A Kiss I Die" is what doom metal is all about.
Mournful Congregation are more depressing....But still, doom in its truest form is all clear vocals.
I'm sorry, but, this is in fact as epic doom as it can get. My impression is that you haven't heard, say, Candlemass, Solitude Aeternus and/or Warning, if you can't identify this as doom metal.
It's epic and progressive - but it's doom metal. The lyrics and nature of the music has nothing else written over it, aside from the obvious influences of it generally; which includes Venom. But "More Venom" ? come on.. Lower tuned? It's in C, mate. Any lower and it would've been ruined by muddyness
You can find it easily on the internet, but if you are true fan of this band like me,you will spit blood in order to find it,and at last you won't. ;)

This is the most gothic doom metal I have ever heard. It's like if Cathedral and Candlemass were a bunch of goths in the '80s.

i saw these guys in franklin, PA and they were fucking loud, it's pretty funny how it's the melodic bands that are always louder

The lyrics are really good but this isn't really doom metal, nobody said it was I think, but with lower tuned guitars and more
