  • Scott - I am definitely trying this tonight - have a ball someone gave me last year, but never pupmed it up or tried it.

  • What's great about this exercise is that you can do this exact same crunch on the total gym. It's also great for your hamstrings and glutes.

  • i don't know if it's very wrong or a possibility, but i substitute the ball for my computer chair. when i do leg curl-in, with the back on the floor, for hamstring, it "works"

  • For people who can't quite do this version of the exercise, you can start with the ball under your thighs. Then, after you practice the exercie for a few weeks (or whatever), gradually move the ball down under your shins to make it more difficult.
