I installed everything like you say but my bottom led stays on. whats wrong and what do i need to do to fix this. i double checked and all wires are on perfect.

Im not sure how to help you since you say you have everything right. If you do, then it would work right. I would think that you may have forgotten the diode or maybe soldered the wire to a wrong place.

@EvanMods Doesn't the bottom Led stay on when the mod is on? :P 4th player led. I ordered the mod kit from you, and it was very fast shipping, an easy to follow tutorial, and a surprisingly good mod (for that price you expect the worst). Thanks. :) The only trouble I had was I got a big glob of solder on one of the prongs and it was shorting the controller out, it was an easy fix though.

With the matrix boards, the led stays on when you are on a rapid fire mode. With the CG board, the led goes off. Im glad you like the mod. If you dont mind, please go back to EvanMods.com and leave a short message on the testimonials page. It would really help out. Thanks

You probably forgot the .5in piece of wire going from the 4th pin on the left side to the 1st on the left side.

Thank you so much.....the mod went perfect and I now have a bad ass controller.....the only thing that I would tell people is what way the resistors should go....I had mine backwards and my triggers didn't work....I fixed it though and now it works perfectly

The resistors dont have a polarity so they will work either way. Are you talking about the diode? It matters with that.

I ran out of the usual wire that I have been using. I have extra wire but it isnt as easy to use as the other kind and I dont like selling it. I will use it myself when I mod the controllers but it can be kind of a pain to strip and I didnt want any customers to have that problem. I should be getting more in tomorrow.

I Did This And I Totally Failed...

Now I Have To Buy A New Controller And I Guess Im Getting A 3 Mode Controller For $44.95. I'd Rather Get Your 8 Mode Controller, But Im Running Low On Money. I Got Turtle Beaches, Your Mod Kit, And Now A New Controller All This Week Lol.

@imacrackheadmom return the turtle beaches...they suck, all of them "buzz". unless you got the really expensive 150 dollar ones...i decided why buy surround sound headphones? when you can get 5.1 home entertainment system.. those stupid headsets are about the same price.. but i also made my own stereo headset with 20 dollars and my original xbox mic. a little bit of electronic knowledge gos a long way..
