If someone sais it's "this" genre whilst someone else associates that genre with a completly diffrent kind ofmusic, he feels like the other guy is clueless. This is mostly when the music the other person associates with "this" genre is not at all appealing to this other person.

He could just also be someone who loves to be perfecly precise and thinks he's better if he knows the genre better or something in that line.
