Did you know if you keep a patient from a MEDVAC mission in the chopper long enough, their body starts getting COATED in blood. Its gross, and they die. But later you can just throw them out the chopper for no reason. :P

Grab Victim , get close to chopper and rapidly tap the "ENTER" button.. you will drop him off inside and you will be away from the crowd, or just call in an ambulance and see if they can do it.

I hated the transport sims, half the time they wanted to be flown across the map so i just fatally injure them and drop em off at the hospital

AH, I have so many memories playing this game around 2000. Did you ever see the glitch or easter egg where there will be dozens of paramedics on a hospital roof or dozens of police officers in a police station roof? And how about when you see a female doctor or male police officer... Who doesn't have a gender appropriate voice? Rare sight but they are there. I'm not sure if these easter eggs/glitches can be triggered or are just random.

Thanks for posting this, made me remember how awesome this game was. I wish Maxis hadn't of sold out like that aft Sims went big, the Simcity 2000/Simcopter/Streets of Sim City triforce was their highest point in my opinion.

@Jazz4YourSoul Yeah, The greet call was ridiculous. I also recall that sometimes when you used the Greet call Sims would turn into things that looked like Sebulba from Star Wars and then they'd sound like trumpets, Sometimes once they did that they'd fly into outer space.

lol the follow-on police dispatch used to annoy me so much when I'd hit it by accident. You'd have to fly around trying to find the patrol car to cancel the dispatch.

I remeber when I played this game for the first time, I was flying around (poorly) and very scared that I was going to hit things. Anyway, About a few minutes into the game It started making strange noises then what looked like a half naked sim flashed on my screen with a "Nuuuuuu" I thought nothing of it, but it started happening over and over.. Soon I was losing points for half naked people jumping out my helicopter.. I showed my parents and they where shocked,

i could never figure out how to do the transports.... and i remember always taking EVERYTHING back to hq......

id always laugh at the fact that you have the ability to hold someone with your knees and still be able to move, not to mention the uneeded change of faces...

It even says in that very large book you get with the game called a "Manual" that you need to press the - / + and select that transport and it's mission code and follow the white line and drop him the client as close as possible.. But how the hell where we supposed know that without reading the frackin thing.
