I agree that Nintendo should have never held back the wii first and produced the gamecube second every system out topped the wii N64, Gamecube , advanced they all out topped the wii With the WII they took a step back the game cube had excellent graphics mean while wii has only a controller .. take me for an example a few years back I had a friend that had LAN party's almost every weekend and we used to play Xbox for the most part, the game was Halo Combat Evolved, sometimes we also used to bring our computers over and play PC games, and one of those time we played Halo on PC and I won almost every time on Xbox but on PC i always got my ass handed to me
@chamblizi one of the deal breakers for when it comes to the Wii is the Wiimote, I really hate it I prefer the standard controller, that's why I chose Xbox 360 (or Playstation 3 for that matter) over Wii any time.

Dude for one i have a computer with internet so there's one flaw in your statement, two, I don't care if the online is free it matters if the online is exciting or enjoyable and i don't see it enjoyable to me, three, Blu-ray discs are essentially a disc that can store i believe up to 80GB on the disc which gives the ps3 a better graphical experience but most gamers are for the most part into the experience more than the graphics. Don't try to argue when you don't know shit about it.

I think that the real problem with the ps3 is that it's just to advanced for the people who make games.. I think that they are not to familiar with the hardware.. do you guys think I am wrong.. well we are going to have to wait for god of war 3 to see the real power of the ps3 and I remember that the first game that came out for the ps1 and 2 didn't look as good as later titles so I think that the ps3 library is going to be way better in the near future.

The Ps3 is cool I had one but had to send it back to the ebay seller for a refund but while i had it I thought it had good features. however their pricey If it fall 100 bucks in price I'd get a new one with the economy way it is ps3 is too pricey right now. Just got a xbox 360 I love that . I have a wii and I use it mostly for the Virtual console stuff as I prefer older games. They're all good in my opinion. I still prefer pc games sometimes Like Spore and sims 2.

Most of the time when people say "exclusives" they mean among consoles. Of course MS is gonna put their exclusives on windows because they have PC gamers to take care of too. Just my opinion not trying to start a fight. And let's be honest here the PS3 is an Epic Fail as well, first there was the issue of it being overpriced, then came the issue of not enough exclusive games, and that is still an issue today. And to think I got my 360 in '06 almost got a PS3, glad I didn't.

Resistance isn't the copy of Halo. And saying Halo sucks or not, that is just an opinion. OK I did play socom and it sucked, how the hell am I gonna play a game like socom where communication is key WHEN NO ONE ON PSN HAS A FUCKING MIC!!!!????? Socom is an average game ruined by the shitty service that is PSN. Fable 2 is a good game and what does PS3 have to match it? Fable 2 is not horrible it got good reviews. And gears is awesome ok. At least we have mics when we are online they charged you guys 600 at launch and didn't have mics packaged in, they still don't have mics packaged in. And dude people loved mass effect and too human is the shit. Also we got huxley coming out and it will cross platform online play with 360 and PC. Does sony do stuff like that? They're too busy trying to produce an online service that is actually decent.

I still think the 360 is the best. It's got the best games, and the PS3 exclusives coming 2008/2009 don't look any good. The only good thing that is coming to the PS3 is LittleBigPlanet, God of War 3, and Resistance 2. That's it.

I prefer the 360 and the Wii, because there are a lot more games I play on those two systems than I did when I had the PS3. If you compare the PS2 over the PS3, then the PS3 is INFIRIOR over the PS2, hell, it can't even beat the PS1. I remember tons of RPGs, action, fighting, etc. on the PS1 andf PS2, but in the case of the PS3, there's hardly any, at least for now. That's the reason i don't like the PS3, its inferior to the PS2.

Meh, out of the 3, I pretty much play the PS3 the most and only because of Disgaea 3. I play Xbox 360 on occasion because of Tales of Vesperia. Aside from that, both systems need to get the lead out and start adding more in my opinion. As far as the Wii goes.... It's got potential, provided they cut down on Mario and Sonic for awhile and get rid of those craptastic 3rd party games like sponage bob and such. Again, they too need more to offer.

Gamecube had some pretty cool overlooked games like Evolution,The resident evil remakes,Megaman Anniversery collection,Megaman X collection,Viewtiful Joe,Tales of symphonia
PS2 had some cool RPGs/Anime-style games

I own a ps3 a xbox 360 and a wii and have no major problems with any of the systems they all have games i enjoy playing, to me if it keeps me entertained i am happy. I, myself, prefer the Wii. I've never played the 360 or the PS3, but I can't imagine it being much different from, say, the PS2 or the classic XBox. I mean they clean it up in the graphics department over the Wii, but the Wii adds a level of interactivity which just makes it just fun for me. There are many good games for the Wii, just like with (I'm sure) the PS3 and 360. But I think the Wii is the first step to significant changes for gaming.

No More Heroes 2 is coming on the Wii. 8D That game is mature for me. FPS works great with the Wiimote. The problem with the Wii is that 3rd party make a game on 360 and PS3. The PS3 Is too expensive, the Wii dosen't have that much good games except for Super Mario Galaxy and SSBB so i chose the Xbox 360 because it has some good games and it's not riddiculously expensive it's only like 300 dollars.

take me for an example a few years back I had a friend that had LAN party's almost every weekend and we used to play Xbox for the most part, the game was Halo Combat Evolved, sometimes we also used to bring our computers over and play PC games, and one of those time we played Halo on PC and I won almost every time on Xbox but on PC i always got my ass handed to me

In the 90's i used to prefer snes because it had more rpgs than sega.
sega used to be mostly actions adventure or platform or racing and such.
Both had a lot of each though but snes had some of my favorite titles of that era.
Psx vs n64:I thought that in that era psx was better off than n64 due to having better titles.
It was 3d but only a handful actually good.
The ps3 does have major problems:
1:There are some games on x box 360 that won't appear on ps3 like:fallout 3 las vegas and bug

Dude for one i have a computer with internet so there's one flaw in your statement, two, I don't care if the online is free it matters if the online is exciting or enjoyable and i don't see it enjoyable to me, three, Blu-ray discs are essentially a disc that can store i believe up to 80GB on the disc which gives the ps3 a better graphical experience but most gamers are for the most part into the experience more than the graphics. I think that the real problem with the ps3 is that it's just to advanced for the people who make games.. I think that they are not to familiar with the hardware.. do you guys think I am wrong.. well we are going to have to wait for god of war 3 to see the real power of the ps3 and I remember that the first game that came out for the ps1 and 2 didn't look as good as later titles so I think that the ps3 library is going to be way better in the near future.

The Ps3 is cool I had one but had to send it back to the ebay seller for a refund but while i had it I thought it had good features. however their pricey If it fall 100 bucks in price I'd get a new one with the economy way it is ps3 is too pricey right now. Just got a xbox 360 I love that . I have a wii and I use it mostly for the Virtual console stuff as I prefer older games. They're all good in my opinion. I still prefer pc games sometimes Like Spore and sims 2.

Most of the time when people say "exclusives" they mean among consoles. Of course MS is gonna put their exclusives on windows because they have PC gamers to take care of too. Just my opinion not trying to start a fight. And let's be honest here the PS3 is an Epic Fail as well, first there was the issue of it being overpriced, then came the issue of not enough exclusive games, and that is still an issue today. And to think I got my 360 in '06 almost got a PS3, glad I didn't.

PS3 has just as many great titles as the 360 does, just look at LBP, MGS, and Resistance for examples. but when you think 360 all that comes to mind is Gears and Halo. also Resistance Didn't copy Halo, oooo you jump on air vents thats totally copyrighted by Halo. so just because resistance has air vents means it copys halo? so... if Halo has a gun that fires a grenade launcher as a secondary weapon its copying resistance? why? OK I did play socom and it sucked, how the hell am I gonna play a game like socom where communication is key WHEN NO ONE ON PSN HAS A FUCKING MIC!!!!????? Fable 2 is not horrible it got good reviews. And gears is awesome ok. At least we have mics when we are online they charged you guys 600 at launch and didn't have mics packaged in, they still don't have mics packaged in. And dude people loved mass effect and too human is the shit. Also we got huxley coming out and it will cross platform online play with 360 and PC. Does sony do stuff like that? They're too busy trying to produce an online service that is actually decent.

screw multiplatform, exclusives on ps3 murder the ones for 360 and the multiplatform games are usually made first for 360 and then ported to the ps3 becuase the ps3 can easily handle any 360 game

Explain to me why on gamerankings halo 3, gears of war (which I understand is for the p.c), And even The 360 version of orange box got better ratings than every ps3 exclusive including metal gear solid 4? I still think the 360 is the best. It's got the best games, and the PS3 exclusives coming 2008/2009 don't look any good. The only good thing that is coming to the PS3 is LittleBigPlanet, God of War 3, and Resistance 2. That's it.

I like the Wii because it has some good games like Resident Evil:Umbrella Chronicles,Super Mario Galaxy and No More Heroes. I may get A Wii for Christmas. The Xbox 360 is awesome because it has awesome games like Dead Rising,Devil May Cry 4 and Gears of War. The PS3 is has some good games like Heavenly Sword and Metal Gear Sold 4. People need to just shut up and play the games because this whole console war is retarded.

i hate people who say argueing over a console is stupid, i dont own any of the three but i've been looking and ps3 has quite a bit more 'good' exclusives, more players online, and most of the newer games are way better lokking than the 360

i dont have a ps3 so i cant really judge something i tried but i have a wii and 360 but i like my 360 more the wii is good but it needs more hardcore games (not saying the games right now for it suck) but not much really but the ps3 future looks impressive this is my opinion

I prefer the 360 and the Wii, because there are a lot more games I play on those two systems than I did when I had the PS3. If you compare the PS2 over the PS3, then the PS3 is INFIRIOR over the PS2, hell, it can't even beat the PS1. I remember tons of RPGs, action, fighting, etc. on the PS1 andf PS2, but in the case of the PS3, there's hardly any, at least for now. That's the reason i don't like the PS3, its inferior to the PS2.

I think people just want to feel better about themselves by saying to the world that the console they bought is better than the other consoles. Its stupid and immature. I own a wii, 360 and a PSP and I use them equally for different purposes and different games. Just like Bluntlysaid about the cars, its about preference! not which is the best. Seriously when it comes down to it, its all about which games you like, not the console.

Meh, out of the 3, I pretty much play the PS3 the most and only because of Disgaea 3. I play Xbox 360 on occasion because of Tales of Vesperia. Aside from that, both systems need to get the lead out and start adding more in my opinion. As far as the Wii goes.... It's got potential, provided they cut down on Mario and Sonic for awhile and get rid of those craptastic 3rd party games like sponage bob and such. Again, they too need more to offer.

For me,I can't really give my Opinions on the Next gen consoles,but What I can do is give my opinions on the original Xbox,Gamecube and PS2,I like all 3 consoles for they're strenghths and weaksness's
Gamecube had some pretty cool overlooked games like Evolution,The resident evil remakes,Megaman Anniversery collection,Megaman X collection,Viewtiful Joe,Tales of symphonia
PS2 had some cool RPGs/Anime-style games
and Xbox had some cool games from Tecmo like Ninja Gaiden,Dead or Alive

I own a ps3 a xbox 360 and a wii and have no major problems with any of the systems they all have games i enjoy playing, to me if it keeps me entertained i am happy. I do play my 360 more since i have had it much longer then the other two and own many more games for it. great points Magus all gamers should come together and stop this console war fanboy shit.

I, myself, prefer the Wii. I've never played the 360 or the PS3, but I can't imagine it being much different from, say, the PS2 or the classic XBox. I mean they clean it up in the graphics department over the Wii, but the Wii adds a level of interactivity which just makes it just fun for me. There are many good games for the Wii, just like with (I'm sure) the PS3 and 360. But I think the Wii is the first step to significant changes for gaming.
Just IMHO. You may agree or disagree.

I respect your opinion I do agree about how the wii can change gaming because the wiimote has proven itself to be more then a gimick, and it works in the context of gaming....but I just donot see a whole lot of hardcore games, but thats just my opinion,.

No More Heroes 2 is coming on the Wii. 8D That game is mature for me. FPS works great with the Wiimote. The problem with the Wii is that 3rd party make a game on 360 and PS3. They port does game on Wii it is not enough. They need to work on Wii games with the Wiimote. On original games. PS3 Sony needs to stop feeling like they own the video games market. .....I hate when a company gets like there the shit they can't be touch....thats when you know they start fucking up. they start doing things that many gamers don't what. Can we say add ons? If a console is to expansive than people probably ignore it. Look at the Neo-Geo many gamers wanted one. But it was expansive so it fail. Companys forget that people have a life. They need to buy food, Pay bills. Hell many people want PC games but not every one can get a super PC. Its about fun factor.

Playstation 2, Gamecube and the Xbox are not even fun anymore :(, playing these Last gen consoles now is like me taking a knife, jamming it through my head, while taking diahrea in my pants, and vomiting out stomach acid, i really need to get a 360.

The PS3 Is too expensive, the Wii dosen't have that much good games except for Super Mario Galaxy and SSBB so i chose the Xbox 360 because it has some good games and it's not riddiculously expensive it's only like 300 dollars.

I prefer the ps3 way more then the 360 because I like it's games more, it has a greet online service, the best hardware, & is just fun.Though I disagree with you saying the ps3 doesn't have killer exclusives because imo the best game on the ps3 including multi-plat is 1Heavenly Sword 2MGS4, & 3Uncharted.I don't even see ps3 as a blu ray player.

Also there is only 1 multi plat that I'm really excited for (midnight club la). Most of the games I'm getting this year will be for the ps3 (except GeOW2) Like SOCOM, Resistance 2, Valkyrie Chronicles, and Little Big Planet which imo will be a instant classic like Super Mario.
