I guess it's OK for Wal-Mart to record us on CCTV units, but WE (as customers) can't bring camera's in to show Wal-Marts TRUE colors??!! WOW, I bet Sam Walton is turning over in his grave! Wal-Mart went to shit after Sam died!
you know whats funny i used to work for walmart and there was never any mention in my training about customer not being aloud to video tape inside of our facilities
He was being really nice about it. Its not his policy, just the policy he's to enforce. Come here and cry, when he busts your head open on the floor. Probably a vid around here showing that, lol.
Yes, it does look like him. Justin Beiber that is.
thats right man shop or get the Fuck out!!! im tired of seeing punk ass bitches like you running around, fucking shit up, in my way when im trying to get my shit and get up outta there ! learn some respect or grow up sometime, and stop being dickriders doin shit you see other fags doin on tv or wherever you sit and idol them! i dont know if its your parents fault or what.... i dont know what else to say.....
@dkslfjgh Haven't you heard of the first amendment? Right to freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of press and freedom to peacefully assemble. We have every right to videotape, even if we didn't , have you seen all the cameras? They'd have to shut those off.
@djlocman3 Of course I have. However, those are rights that the Government can't interfere with. Walmart is private property. Would you want somebody to start video taping your house or inside your house?
@dkslfjgh It's legal to video tape and take pictures of peoples house outside and through the windows without there premission. Of course I wouldn't but there is still no law against it. The first amendments go beyond the government. They must be allowed, as long as no harm is done. i.e. If you videotape someone being killed you'll get in trouble (if you're part of killing them) but if you record yourself preforming a talent you can't get in trouble (unless your talent is illegal).
It isn't particularly difficult to record videos or take photographs inside a Walmart store; nor does the company care a great deal if folks wander around inside taking pictures. That said, if you scamper around acting like you are looking for trouble, don't be surprised if someone finds an excuse to confront you.
you're only allowed to take pictures/record videos in stores with a legal release form for TV/film production, with proof of the production company. it may vary per store/location, but the reason why its there is for copyright infringement. a simple thing like showing a label of a certain shampoo bottle can be considered free advertising and piss off a number of companies, and you'll get into legal trouble. its not just for Walmart's benefit.

@djlocman3 And its legal for someone to tell you that you cannot videotape in their house or store.
dkslfjgh 4 months ago
@djlocman3 If you are on private property, you need to abide by the store's rules. Otherwise it is considered tresspassing.

How come they make commercials inside the stores, if they aren't allowed to use cameras!
LovableRachael 5 months ago
@LovableRachael If the company "makes commercials inside the stores" it is their right - as the COMPANY. Do you not understand that?
You can't fix stupid.
