I agree. The only reason USA was capable of doing all this, is because their situation in the 20th centuary was easier, they hardly participated in both world wars, especially WWII, and it wasn't like anyone bombed their homeland, so there wasn't any damage done, for them to recover.  Again, as time goes by, US is declining, and they are still stuck in the 18th centuary "enlightment", and "revolution", Russia on the other hand has moved forward, and gotten past the notion of "revolution".
