No, it's about these four guys that were told that if they got their landlady's niece to become a real lady, they could live in her mansion for free. The girl, Sunako, was told she was ugly by a guy she liked, so she gave up on being pretty and began to like horror films and such, and she only tries to murder Kyohei... but never successes... it's really good.

Actually, she's always liked scary stuff. It says so in the episode with the father. The guy thought she was ugly because she liked scary stuff. Weird=bad and so on.
