I just let the dog run up to me and I knifed it. Way easier.

Either way is easier. But some people may not be good at knifing the dog when it comes to you so this way may be easier for those people.

I realized something.

If you let the dog jump the thing to attack you,and you knife it,it doesn't count as wasting a bullet, so you still get it if you killed everyone without reloading

I am sure not a lot of people are good at hitting the RS stick on time and may have to start all over which can be a pain even though it is the beginning of the mission. I am sure it works but it is still very easy to take the soldier and dog out at the same time.

It is,but when your shit like me and your waiting for the dog and man to line up so I can get a headshot on the dog,and the guy in the knee,with one bullet to spare, and you get found out,you pull a JamesBassatti xD

Also you don't have to get the man and the dog at the same time instead it's possible to get the two men by the burning car at the same time

Very much correct. But as I have said some people may find it easier to get rid of the dog right away and have trouble with knifing the dogs.

Either way though will you get the achievement and you will decide which way to do it.
