EA started making them after 03, and basically downgrading them, to make it playable to everyone. Nascar Racing Season 2003 is probably the best one, made by Papyrus(i think).

Actually it is Nascar Racing 4 because these are the 01' cars, and Kyle Petty drove the #45 in honor of Adam the next year
